So, I placed my order online, arrive for pick up to which they start telling me they have no roast beef. Ordered2 Subways Clubs, 1 with 1/2 extra meat. I'm like, why you did not have that on your website? Mind you, if you look up the Walmart Subway down the street, it shows out of stock so they can put that on the site. I said I could have gone somewhere else had I known to which she says she gave "double" meat on both. I told her I was going to count the meat when I get home. I was also not very pleasant as I was highly disappointed I, as the customer did not have a say in what they decided to give me. There were 10 slices of meat, that is not "double" and I paid 1/2 $1.50 for 1 anyway! THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!

They rush you so you don’t see what they charging you. Check your receipt because they put tips on your order without you even telling them to. I don’t mind tipping but don’t make me tip you for doing your job. It was a very bad experience. I paid 25 dollars for a sandwich and a pop.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon walking in as well as preparing my food the exact way I wanted which many other subways don’t have time or even try, but best experience I’ve had in a long time at any subway, and was very surprised by the cleanliness of the overall store. The workers tonight definitely deserve a raise in my opinion but do whatever you will with that knowledge.

Steak sub was fine. The chicken gave my wife food poisoning. Rough night. Painful cramps, vomiting, and all that goes with it.Based on other reviews, the employees here don't take sanitation seriously.

I visited the store 4979 Emerson Ave. And the service there was amazing big shout out to Gerry, when I come in he knows exactly what kind of sandwich I'm looking to get. The store is always clean and the food is always good keep up the great work guys.Your HomieKojo
The worst subway I’ve ever eaten. This place basically sold me a loaf of bread for $8 and $11. The veggies quantity was as if they did me a favor by adding them to the sub. I had ordered two veggie subs, one delight and one with patty. Came home and literally threw away half of the veggie delight coz the whole sub had veggies of what should be for half the sub. Most rubbery chewy bread. I bet it was stale. Double chocolate cookie smelled and tasted like oil when I warmed it up at home. Bet that was stale too. Couldn’t go back otherwise I would have just returned the darn subs! Thanks!!! But no thanks!!!!Ps. Don’t eat here if you are allergic to any food items. I didn’t see them change gloves or use clean knives in between orders. One of the employee was making online order and messed up the ingredients. Took the ingredients off of the bread and put it straight back into its container. So don’t assume that the items in individual containers are clean and have touched other ingredients. Yuck!!!

The employees are rude. The food is subpar and beyond expensive. I paid $15 for a "double meat" bowl that had virtually nothing in it. I remember when Subway was good.. it's just not worth it anymore.
