Went to get a sandwhich and they barely spoke English and put my sandwhich in the oven when we said NOT to toast it and just took it out while it was still hot and gave it to me. The sandwhich tasted weird warm and like it didn’t have cheese so I looked and there was no cheese so I went and just asked for a new sandwhich to be made cause it tasted off and they tried to toast the same sandwhich AGAIN and I just tried to explain that I wanted a new sandwhich. They instead opened the sandwhich on the counter and dug through it to show me these tiny pieces of cheese that were hidden that I couldn’t even taste and just gave me more cheese and closed it and gave the sandwhich back. I wish they would’ve just made me a new one like I asked

Ordered online, got there to pick up bag felt light. In checking, 1 of my sandwiches was like a 4 in sandwich to which I ordered/paid for footlong with extra meat.
Employee said she was sorry and would remake the sandwich. She then asks could I wait for others in the line before she does so? I'm like uh no, I ordered/paid now I'm waiting so no you need to do mine. In waiting longer, I noticed my chips were expired. Then once I got home, one of the cookies I got was not what I selected. Guess this store will give you whatever they want to give you.....
This store is one of the worst I have ever been to however, since most are run by the same demographic, it's prolly on point. I think it's time to cancel Subway folks! Getting worse n worse.
Such terrible service! The bread doesn't look good, and they don't add anything to the ingredients. I've tried other Subways, and they don't compare.
Said they were out of cucumber... They are inside a Walmart.... I can see a pile of cucumbers from their eating area... GO WALK OVER AND BUY SOME!! Like seriously??

As I was walking in to place an order a employee told waved at me saying they were closed lights still on gate still open good still inside the cold well I still had 10 minutes before they closed that's not a good way to do business to wave at somebody to let them no your close when I had plenty of time to place an order but subway doesn't care about there customers it's a shame

Super odd experience. The guy wouldn’t look at me; he kept looking away like at the registers. He pushed back when I said no cheese and only gave me two pieces of spinach. Never have I felt so judged and awkward over a sandwich.

I was so impressed how the man took his time and prepared my sandwich perfectly. You don't get that service from most Subways.
