The food tasted old. The churo literally didn’t even taste like one it tasted like old dough and had a weird taste to it. Cashier has poor hygiene, he needs to trim nails. If you a female watch out cause he intentionally touchs your hand so get hand sanitizer. Can’t even hear him over overcom. Also CHARGED US FOR A FOOT LONG WHEN I GOT A 6 INCH, and he didn’t give me a receipt!

They put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. It was disgusting. I didn't discover it until I was already home, and of course they don't pick up their phone. I had to contact customer service on their website. I want a refund.

Horrible location ... l love subway but not this place. Would not accept coupons. The manager said the coupon machine is down... :) when I walked a way from buying my meal magically, the machine worked again.
Will never come back to this location

Make sure to check your receipt if you eat here. The employees will up charge your order any way they can. I've eaten here roughly 7-8 times since getting a job up the street a month ago. And they've done it every single time. I brought it up today and they tried lying saying they gave me extra meat on my sandwich. Which I didn't ask for, nor did I get. Pay extra special attention if the fat dude is making your sandwich. He won't even change it when you call it out.

I am so done with this Subway. Ordered the Ultimate BMT. There was nothing "Ultimate" about this sub. One thin line of each meat, which included salami, pepperoni and ham. When I say thin line, I mean thin line. I have purchased this sub many times here, but never again. For $13 dollars, you should receive more meat, than veggies. This was a sub fit for a vegetarian ?

Waited at the drive through for several minutes, had to repeat my order 3 times (super easy order) and they still managed to completely screw it up. Bread wasn’t right, ingredients weren’t right… I’m severely disappointed in this location and the staff.

Worst subway to order from. This is my last time going to this specific subway for they are so unprofessional and don’t greet you in any way. One stay on his phone through his AirPods talking to someone and it was on two different occasions while making my food they were talking to each other over my food. This time I used my card and the machine showed approved take your card. He then said use your card again so I did and it declined and he said my card was no good. I showed him on my online bank account that the payment in fact went through but they didn’t give me my food. I went to get my father and he then proceeded to say the money will go back on my card but if it didn’t go through how are y’all placing money BACK on my card? They are scammers and unprofessional
