Just to expensive anymore. 2 footloose cost 25.00 and you don't get much meat. This used to be the best subway around.

This subway is a complete scam I paid 17$ for a foot long. I never get subway so I thought it was a normal price until I went to a different subway and it was only 11$ for the exact same sandwich, I will never eat at this subway again.

They got new owners & now they are NOT hygienic. Staff is sometimes rude & they do not change there vegetables.
Be careful if ordering on the app. They don’t follow instructions and your sandwich may be missing toppings or sauces, or be toasted when you asked for it not to be, or vice versa. They also don’t answer their phone so you can’t get anything done about it.
My hot honey pepperoni was I toasted, missing all the cheese, missing the hot honey, and had very minimal toppings of everything except the one topping that I marked “light”—that one was heavy.

We went here on Mother’s Day for lunch. They only had white bread and wheat bread and none of the other bread that they were supposed to have. I wanted to try the hot honey chicken sandwich but they don’t offer the hot honey sauce at this store even though it is on the menu. The vegetables were not very good they looked like they had been there for a week or two. The customer behind me tried to order something else on the menu only to be told that they don’t carry it even though it was on the menu as well. My husband wanted flat bread but they don’t carry that anymore either. I don’t think we will be back for a while and definitely not at this location.

They act like there paying for my sandwiches when I ask for Xtra mayo and Xtra bacon on my sandwich then they want to talk to each other in a forn language like I'm a bumbass I won't go back 😒 they suck

I used this location for the convenience of the drive-thru . The touch screen was not very sensitive and hard to navigate. I asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes and hardly got any. After paying almost fourteen dollars for half a salad , one cookie ( thought they gave you two?) , and a bottled drink I was fairly disappointed.
Anything including a dog park would’ve been better than having a subway at this location the manager, the employees, and everybody working was extremely rude inconsiderate. My food was not correct. They refused to fix it. They refuse to give me a credit give me a cookie. Give me a drink give me a bag of chips. Anything to make my order right when I order a meatball and got a cold cut sub on my lunch break and immediately go back inside after ordering and refuse to fix my order when my receipt was correct I would really hope to be contacted by who’s claimed that they were the manager and be reimbursed if not only sent another gift card considering I use my only Christmas gift card to buy Subway for my lunch break today and I couldn’t even eat it because it wasn’t right and they refused to help me Management and staff here are absolutely terrible. The restaurant wasn’t clean and instead of giving me cups they put all of my sides of leftover veggies in a bag together, which was moist and ruined the bag which in return made it fall apart in my car before I had a chance to even attempt to try and eat ithopefully, I hear from somebody in the subway corporation soon this is absolutely ridiculous and asinine, and have been a manager a general manager for 10 years this is Incalled for for services!!

Personally would not recommend coming here if your very big about every detail on your sandwich. Used to be a great place for us for a while, never had any problems they were usually polite until today when my husband went and ordered my sandwich through drive thru and he forgot to put some toppings. When I got my sandwich it only had just ham on it. I went back later asking for help to get one remaid because it wasn't toasted either and was cold (7 months pregnant and can't eat cold meats without it being cooked) the girl got really crazy with me and basically refused to fix my order. When I asked for a refund the refused until (and I hate that I did because I would never usually do this) but threatened to call non emergency because I was being denied my food and a refund. After me saying that she fixed me a new sandwich and I went on my way. Long story short I don't recommend coming here if your looking for great costumer service. I will be blunt and honest and say I have never seen the restaurant in nasty conditions, it's always very clean which is a great plus. I would like to say I just had a one time bad incident with costumer service but seeing how there's very many reviews stating the same thing I have to only assume that this is just how they run things and it was bound to eventually happen.

Prices are set about 30% higher on several items compared to other Subways in Indianapolis. They got me a few times, but I probably won't be back for overpriced sandwiches.
