Terrible staff. I ordered online for my meal and got bottled sprite. The thing about the subway machine is it doesn’t show up on their end that I got a bottled sprite. Instead it shows a small. So I go to pick up my order and tell them what I have. Me and my sister end up in a screaming match with the old dude there about it. He constantly says “machines don’t lie” and tells me how I don’t have brain. I try to show him my receipt WHICH SHOWS THAT I ORDERED A BOTTLED SPRITE and he refuses to even look at it and listen.

Subway needs to update their machines but how that man handled it so wrong. Dude needs to take a customer service lesson cause talking to a customer like that is completely unacceptable.

One of the older works with gray hair is absolutely rude, he said my sister doesn’t have a brain because she ordered a bottled sprite and he was telling her that she was wrong. Even though she had her receipt.

How is one footlong and A couple cookies come up to 23$?? Especially when they are running a deal of $6.99 per footling! We realized the huge difference as we paid and pointed it out to the owner who acted like he didn't know what we were talking about. And when I asked how much the cookies were ,he stated "not too much" as advasively as could be. We really should not have paid and left but since the order was already made and I was starving we just went with it. Do Better Subway! I'll never come back to that store again! BOOOO??????

Management obviously had to of changed due to the money hungry activities going on at this establishment. I got a subway series for the extra meat etc and got a sandwich that has less meat and veggies than a regular sandwich would. The staff here are unable to read (forgot 4 things on one sandwich) and extremely incompetent. Go to another establishment than here if they think the solution to a profitable business is to skimp out on the people keeping the franchise afloat. Garbage behavior and won't be returning.

Let me start by saying I paid $40 for two sandwiches and didn't even get a meal. The only good thing about the place was a employee that was friendly. Won't be turning even if an employee was friendly I spent way too much for what I got and wasn't satisfied one bit.

Not to mention for him to be the owner to come straight from the back and not wash hands. Go tell me what I couldn't put on my sandwich and told me to go to Krogers and buy some extra mayo.

10/10 worst experience. u asked the girl if they had wraps and she look confused like she had no idea what i was talking about. my boyfriend had to ask in spanish and then she understood and said they didn’t have any. then proceeded to ask what kind of meat i wanted. i asked for the italian bmt. i had to say it 3 times for her to start making it. she asked if i wanted it toasted and i said no. she immediately turned around and toasted it. my boyfriend talked to her in spanish and was super nice to him but rude to me the rest of the time getting our food.

The buy one get one Footlong deal is hard to beat. Once again the food was good . The girl working did forget to toast our sandwiches and put mayo on the whole thing but I made mistakes when I worked. So anyway this is a tasteful place. Subway never disappoints.
