For as expensive as subway has become, I expect to be able to add toppings to my sandwiches. 8 pickles on a foot long? This is considered “extra pickles,” because at first they only added 5. Laughable. Don’t go here if you want to be able to have an actual sandwich. Go to the store and make your own. Cheaper. You can add as much as you like. And the worker won’t tell you they’re short on pickles when you say you’d like more pickles. Barely any cheese on the sandwich. The same goes for the tomatoes and onions on my husbands sandwich.

We’ve had this same issue before. We hoped it was a fluke and went back again. Don’t make my mistake.

Terrible staff. I ordered online for my meal and got bottled sprite. The thing about the subway machine is it doesn’t show up on their end that I got a bottled sprite. Instead it shows a small. So I go to pick up my order and tell them what I have. Me and my sister end up in a screaming match with the old dude there about it. He constantly says “machines don’t lie” and tells me how I don’t have brain. I try to show him my receipt WHICH SHOWS THAT I ORDERED A BOTTLED SPRITE and he refuses to even look at it and listen.

Subway needs to update their machines but how that man handled it so wrong. Dude needs to take a customer service lesson cause talking to a customer like that is completely unacceptable.

Great food. Very unfriendly. Yeah they took my order and made an epic vegetarian footlong sub but man the reception was chilly. But the sandwich she made was epic, as you can see!
I will continue to dine in to soften her up, with me anyway. Just look at the photo!

Ordered double meat a few times here and it's like they add at best a slice more of meat. Other sandwich had the wrong sauce. Incompetent and lazy staff getting overwhelmed from making a couple sandwiches. Pitiful establishment

One of the older works with gray hair is absolutely rude, he said my sister doesn’t have a brain because she ordered a bottled sprite and he was telling her that she was wrong. Even though she had her receipt.
