Food is okay, a little below average for subway. Employee is talking on the phone through airpods the whole time we're there, so the order took a while because we had to repeat things and point to get the correct food.

I was charged for a tip I didnt put know about. The machine where you put in your charge card to pay never showed me the option to put in a tip or even showed me the price. I checked out my receipt when I got home. Also they put little and I mean very little anything on top of my sub that I ordered. YOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT WE THE CUSTOMERS DIDNT ASK FOR OR AGREED TO. The tip was only ten percent and I can afford to pay for anything I want. But fast food is a full service resturant. I am tired of all of these machines showing tips on them anymore. That is theft when you charge someone with things they never asked for.

I had a pick up order with two different sandwiches, when I opened the sandwiches one was made wrong, it had the right meat but all the wrong toppings. when I went back to have them fix it she tried to say it was made the right way when I had the receipt and it was clearly wrong, she did say she would remake it so I sit down to wait and I see her just picking all the toppings off and sloping on new one when the sandwich had already been drenched in the wrong sauce so yeah very unsatisfying…

I came in today after a couple of months and was happy to see new faces. I was told the place is under new management. The place was cleaner and the food was fresher and very yum. Customer service was on point. Will start coming here more often.

I have gone here numerous times hoping the customer service would be better but it is not. Every time I walk in I feel like I’m interrupting their “personal time” and they aren’t welcoming at all (usually met with a huff or roll of eyes). The subs are made with no care and hardly any toppings. I have to ask for extra lettuce almost every time. The atmosphere is usually pretty clean and the food has been good, it’s the customer service that makes me not want to ever return or recommend to anyone.

I did a mobile order to pick up on my lunch break. I arrive five minutes early and still ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food then when I get back to work and open my sandwich, it was barely wrapped, and all the toppings were outside of the sandwich. On top of that, I specified light on a few different ingredients and the guy put extra pepper extra mayo, extra mustard. I don’t know if he was agitated because I was obviously not happy about having to wait my whole lunch break for food that should have been done before I arrived.The sandwich was nasty af and it’s in the trash

They have two employees but the woman isn’t doing anything. The guy is making sandwiches, taking money, doing everything, but at an incredibly slow pace.

I asked for onions, he put a giant ridiculous handful on my sandwich. The Mountain Dew is out but I can’t ask him to fix it since there’s 8 customers in line and he’s making an average of one sandwich every 5 minutes.

This sandwich is disgusting and I want my money back.

I stop be here in the evening on the way home (live in Franklin Township, so its convenient enough). This used to be a decent Subway, despite its location, not anymore! Its run down looking, needs a serious deep cleaning everywhere!! Bread was so hard!! Veggies were not bad, fresh for the most part. Employee was friendly but hard to understand. Besides the filth and hard bread, my biggest complaint is the 'tip' option on the card reader pad. I selected 'no tip' then used the tap function for my debit card. After leaving I thought the amount seemed high for 2 subs only. Looked on receipt and it shows I gave a $4.07 tip!!! WTH!!! This needs to be removed from their card reader pad!!! Why on earth is this even a thing for a Subway?! Now we are asked to tip at a fast food place?! And why did it even happen after I selected 'no tip'?! I'm done! Will NOT return!!!

There were two different occasions I visited this location where a young lady (each time a different crew member) seemed to be having a mental health crisis. One a young man was helping me and the young lady was literally losing her mind filling online orders. So bad that she dropped a sandwich on the ground as she was flinging it out of the toaster oven. Another time, a different lady was throwing herself around, didn’t greet me and was completely insufferable. I almost walked out. I haven’t been to this location since. Both instances were within two weeks of each other.
