Did an online order for lunch today. I went and picked it up and when I returned to work to open it this is what was given to me. The top of the bread was hard as a rock and burnt to a crisp. If I am going to pay for food, I would like to be able to eat it!

I'm still not sure what happened. ordered online, picked up early. I was there while she made the sandwich. The bread, it may not have been cooked completely but I couldn't tell because the amount of Ranch dressing Which is weird because I didn't want any dressing But she asked me if I was sure. I told her I like the ranch dressing but the peppercorn was too hot. She said she had plain Ranch dressing. So I said wonderful and I got it. She put so much Ranch that you could taste nothing. There was pepper all over my sandwich.I don't know if it was from the ranch or if she peppered it. After 4 paper towels. I attempted to eat the sandwich. It was truly awful. All I could taste was pepper and ranch. I told her I can't handle pepper. I just don't understand what happened here. Why? Why.

We came in to get a quick meal before an event at the union hall that we had to be at at a specific time to set up. We got there with 20 minutes to spare and the poor employee was left alone on her 4th day and was way behind. We ended up having to leave empty handed and hungry after waiting 20 minutes or we would have been late to our event. Absolute waste of our time

The guys working were friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were loaded and yummy. The store was clean. Love Subway. We hot 2 Phillys and a pizza sub.

I ordered a couple of foot long subs on Wednesday and when my son arrived he was told OUTSIDE what they were out of. He calls me to tell me but my ordered says it all ready been made. I told him to tell them that. They responded with we don't have that order. My son shows him the screen shot and they verified it was that store. As well as telling him that I could get a refund online. You can't get a refund online! I call the store after and no answer. I sent a message to customer service that night and still no response. I called the next day and still no answer. I've called every day now and no one answers. I message them on Facebook and guess what? No reply! Now I'm on here trying to get my money back. Btw I'm out of state or you would definitely see me up there!!! I will be back soon

The service was awful. The workers were rude and not welcoming. We spent 30 minutes getting 5 sandwiches. There was one other family here before us and it took them 10 minutes to be able to pay for their meal. The fountain machine was not working and the pop fridge was completely out. The machine had to have been out for a long time since the pop selection of bottles was extremely picked over. They were also not stocked on some of the chips. It sounds like a lack of good management supplying the store with the supplies needed and a lack of employee training. The store was not clean.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. It took us over 30 minutes from walking in the door to walking out the door for 5 sandwiches. The guy checking people out took atleast 10 minutes to check out the lady in front of us cause he didn’t know how to check someone out using a gift card on the app. The lady (short red hair) had the worst attitude and was not well trained at all. I asked her for a couple more than 3 tomatoes on my foot long sub and man if looks could kill. When the last person in our group (out of only 3) was about to order she walked away and said “he will make the rest I have to go to the bathroom” which is absolute insanity to me. I have never ever thought once in my years of the service industry to walk away while taking someone’s order to do anything. The pop machine was out of order (fine) but they had one bottle of coke and one bottle of sprite in the fridge for bottled soda. Another friend asked if they had anymore coke or sprite in the back and she came back and gave him a Diet Coke. The chip rack was very bare as well as the cookies. You would think with the 25 subways in the area you’d get at least half good service.

I only went in to try one of the new footlong pretzels. There was a family of four in front of me. The guy working was the slowest Subway worker I've ever experienced in my life. I don't think he understands the concept of multitasking. He was putting on the toppings like in slow motion. The expression on his face look like he hated his life or his job. Never a smile. No attempt to make conversation. I finally went back and sat in my car until the family was done. And when I went back in and placed my order I realized he had the same gloves on that he made the previous families order. He ran the register with the gloves on and then proceeded to get my pretzels out of the refrigerator. I almost just left. But I went ahead and got the pretzels. When he rang me up he was still wearing the gloves. As I left I saw him go back and start working on what appeared to be a mobile order. I have no idea how long he had those gloves on before the family and I came in to get food. The restaurant door was filthy. Somebody really needs to get some disinfectant and cleaner on it. I pushed it open with my hip because I didn't want to touch the handle. I'm not sure I will ever return to this location.
