They didnt understand my sandwich order(Italian) I finally changed my order to accommodate them and at check out the machine didnt work right and eventually added a $2 tip that I didnt add, they then argued with me that I must have pushed the button.. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!! EVER!! And I live in adjourning neighborhood ??

Hi, I am working as a door dasher. i always have problem with this subway. The items was always missing. When i asked them to confirm the order. They did not put drinks and chips with order i have to grab the drinks myself. Still the chips was missing. when i delivered the order the customer told me the chips are still mising. I went back to the subway i asked the lady again who confirm the order and start yelling on me. She said that is my responsibility to pick up all order. I am not working there. That was her responisiblity to pack the order. She was lying to the manager. Over all the staff is not good. They have very poor customer service.

Ordered online, upon arrival they were still making my order. I noticed the sandwich being worked on had lettuce, I had specifically said no lettuce. I advised the worker who in turn remade the sandwich using same bread mind you. The bread which was Italian Herb & Cheese was not right at all. Herbs pressed into the bottom weirdly. I had ordered another sandwich for myself, Cold Cut Combo which should have Ham, Salami and Bologna. It only had Bologna, the meat on the other sandwich was like 1 piece each (Subway Club). So, tried calling about the Cold cut Combo because i really felt ripped off, not 1 of the 3 employees would answer the phone. Ik they have caller ID and just didn't want to face up to what they did. Needless to say, won't be visiting this location again....ever! You are going downhill Subway, switching to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns for my sub fix!

Horrible experience. They do not carry items most subways do. Attendants couldn't understand the directions for the food. Served wrong items. Do not recommend.

Every time I order a foot long meatball I’m lucky to get 6-7 meatballs. I pointed it out tonight as the lady tried to angle my sub away from me to hide the fact 4” of my sub has NOTHING on it. She didn’t care at all!! She said I would have to pay more if I want more meatballs. Horrible service every time I come here. Go to Post Rd.

Employees constantly make mistakes. Nobody speaks enough English to understand your order even after repeating 3x. Wouldn't offer a refund.

Took me forever to order. App wouldn't work. Finally got website to work. The list of toppings on my receipt stop at onions. I also ordered extra pickles, extra black olives, banana peppers and mustard. None of that was in there. You have to order in person to get things right. Nice presentation but only half of my ingredients.

I went in today with a 100, tried to get 2 sandwiches on an order many times but the lady didn't respond, after I pulled out the bill she tried getting me to get chips/drink, the change was 92$ and the lady gave me 5 10s and I had to talk to the manager to get my change, then I had to go back into lime for my other sandwich

Asked for deluxe ham and she barely put any on so I asked for more and she proceeded to put a pound on, even after I said "that's enough." Then charged me $16 for a deluxe ham sandwich. I used to come here all of the time and everyone was so friendly. Pretty sure they're under new management.

Friendly staff which was nice to see. Good toppings for subs (they don't throw away green peppers if they put more than 3 on your sub). ?Vegetarian options: Veggie sub, salads.Parking: They have their own parking in small plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible.

Very unprofessional!! One of the employees (while on her lunch break and no other customers in the store) interrupted the person making the sandwiches and called my high school daughter disrespectful because she didn't have her coupons cut out ahead of time and argued with her about the toppings she wanted on the sandwich. They then decided not to honor the coupon because she just didn't agree with them. We chose to spend money at their store and i could have gladly overlooked not accepting the coupons, but we were talked to and treated completely inappropriate. I tried asking for a manager/owner but they refused to provide the info. it's unfortunate but be ready for some poor basic customer service if you choose this location.

Very much missed the mark. Came in during lunch and ordered a simple sandwich. I was ignored when asked my toppings and I felt kind of ill after consuming it.

Owner can barely speak English and upcharged 5 dollars or so to add eggs to my sandwich. She was rude and wouldn’t let me remove a sandwich from my order and overall never make my sandwiches properly. Go to any other subway but here. This place isn’t good anymore due to the new owners barely speaking English and hard to understand them. If I could rate negative stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous
