We ordered using the Subway app. We like to have our foot-longs wrapped separately; we realize some Subways won’t do this, but when they will it makes a roadtrip better so you can eat half and eat half later.After ordering, we received a phone call from the store; the gentleman says he didn’t like doing this, but he would do it this time, but never again.I agree, never again, because of his attitude!He said the sandwiches were made. I got here and he hadn’t even started on them. He sat on the phone for a while before even greeting me.It is obvious that customer service is not a priority for this store!Now to the food… worst sandwich’s ever! We ordered four sandwiches. All of them were extremely thin. Mine, the bread was smashed! Another was supposed to have sliced avocado but it was smashed.I would not recommend this location ever!

What a terrible location staff and owner.I simply asked for a side of pickles and was rudely told no you get nothing and get out of my store by the owner. I wasn’t rude or insistent just politely asked for more pickles. I figured after paying $20 for a sandwhich a few pickles wouldn’t be a problem. Apparently it was.If this is how this owner treats his customers then I highly recommend you avoid at all costs. This should be embarrassing for subway, to let someone who is so poor at taking care of his customers, to the point where he refuses to make a sandwich how it’s ordered or give a few extra pickles then I hope they go out of business or subway take away his franchise. Either way I will never return to this store. What an absolute joke.

horrible customer service and owner is very rude. all I asked for was extra pickles. owner told me no you get what you get and then asked me to leave his store when I said that spending $20 on a sandwich should give me the ability to get a few extra pickles. very rude and subway should be embarassed to have this man represent their company. from reviews I've read seems to be a common theme of this unprofessional rude man running this store. I will never return to this subway ever again. be ware avoid and drive further away of you really want subway. this man deserves to lose his franchise and honor of business for how he treats his customers.

Gentleman working provided amazing service and attention to detail. I felt like you prepared my sandwich as if you were making it for yourself; veggies were evenly distributed and he even cut my tomato and cucumbers in half! We have ordered hundreds of veggie flatbread sandwiches over the years and I’m literally in awe. I understand this level of attention may not be possible at your peak times, but you have earned a new regular and I will go out of my way to visit your location. Thank You!! Prep area was clean and tidy, veggies looked freshly cut and the cookie display was full.

This store is really hit or miss on service. Sometimes it is 5 star and sometimes it is 1 star. Lately it has been bad. They didn't have any bread available at 1145AM on a Thursday, and the next time in I had to tell them what goes on the Subway club because they started putting the wrong meats on it!
