Sub was great, but they ran out of soup.i ordered 2 bowls and was offerd 1, then my bowl had only a couple spoons of soup in it. And a discount would have been appreciated.

Walked in and the greeter just stood there staring at me awkwardly, I had to break thay tension she made i felt reallt uncomfortable , never met this person in my life before. I asked her to make 2 wraps in a nice firm understandable voice and she mummbles something, then proceeds on by asking me if I want the cold steak meat (they use a mircowave LOL) heated as if it were an inconvenience to her. I was not going to pay for a half as*ed wrap that she purposely made unfit and look disgusting. Never come to this location is the woman with sever acne is working

Just know what you want..I feel the same way as the servers I've been there quite alot so I won't judge the servers on subpar body language (60% of the time ive gone to any Subway).Because customers change their mind in the middle of preparing the sub or they gotta text or call the other person or persons about their sub order just because they forgot those said persons order or the customer thought about someone at the last minute that probably want a sub.Annoying if you're in a hurryVegetarian options: Tuna is probably the best option although I did see someone order alot of veggies with ranch sauce in the bun?Dietary restrictions: Healthier eats and drinks availableKid-friendliness: Healthier eats and drinks available
When one decides to work in this industry they have to keep in mind, it's customer service. With the said...if you grab the bread and feel that its hard, it shouldn't be served. This will stop returns and you can't get upset if the customer chooses not to accept it. And as you proceed to prep the sandwich keep in mind that the customer can see you tossing it and the fixings around. Just not a good look. The gentleman that use to work day shift is missed!!

It's a Subway, so the food is what it is. However, the man working on 8/15 in the evening was super rude. Didn't speak when I walked in and genuinely seemed like he had a problem with me ordering. If the sandwich wasn't for me, I would've walked

Lady making sandwiches was nice and polite , but won't be back.Lady explained subway is not giving workers tips when you pay by card. Heck I never have cash.Don't know if it's subway or the franchise owner....but I will let it be known.
