This location seems to always be on point. Drive thru. Great staff. Great food. They always get my order correct when we order to go thru the app. The atmosphere is clean and tidy. I recommend this location ?

I've probably gone through the drive-thru at least 10 times and have NEVER gotten an order I'm happy with. Orders are almost always wrong and the preparation is sloppy.

An Honest Person With Honest Feedback

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Ordered my food for delivery and they messed up both my sandwiches…I called as soon as they arrived and I noticed the mistake…subway employee told me to bring them back and I told him I ordered delivery because my car was being repaired and I had no vehicle…subway worked gave me his name and told me to come back anytime with my receipt and he would replace my order…TODAY WAS THE DAY!!! I took my receipt back to the subway with the subway employees name written on it and told them about the replacement…SUBWAY REFUSED TO REPLACE MY ORDER!!!!!! Subway employee told me I should have come back the same day or next day to get it replaced (who wants subway two days in a row rly?) I told him my car was being repaired at the time and was unable to come back until now and he just shook his head at me and told me no…it’s been two weeks since the messed up order so it’s not been an unreasonable amount of time for them to deny me specially when the original employee that stated he would replace it never gave me a time frame…I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR AGREEMENTS WHEN THEY MESS UP SOMEONES ORDER…THEY SEEM TO THINK ITS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT FOR NOT EATING SUBWAY TWO DAYS ON A ROW SMH…GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF YOU WANT ACTUAL GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD TO BE MADE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.

Placed an order on the app and when I arrived and gave them my name, they informed me there was order placed. I showed them my app and my bank account, both showed I had placed and paid for an order, but they refused to do anything about it. This store has so many issues and is not very clean. Needless to say, I will be going to a different Subway as there are so many to choose from.

If i could would give them a negative thousand. I’m glad to see im not the only one having an issue when i have coupons. For some reason this location is cheap and feels that coupons are a loss to them! I’ve escalated the issue with the bbb who assigned the district manger Rodger to call me. Rodger explained this location would be trained as they are supposed to accept coupons that’s what they are for.

Stopped at this location with my husband and the staff were very rude. When I said I had a coupon the team member rolled her eyes. I thought I had imagined it but as she and the male employee started making our sandwiches the two began speaking to each other in a different language. I noticed the young man being very stingy with the vegetables like seriously, four cucumbers and two pieces of spinach. When I asked for more he acted physically exacerbated. I'm sorry we didn't just leave because when we got our sandwiches home those were the skimpiest Subway sandwiches I had ever had. Not a good experience ?

Subway usually always have great customer service but for some reason on Thursday 8/10/23 at 10:43am, served by register employee number 77, the drive thru employee was really rude and disrespectful. He seemed upset that someone came to place an order, when I asked him questions he was even more annoyed and was trying to rush me through me placing my order. If you don’t like your job and or having a bad day don’t take it out on everyone else. Management should really reconsider having this employee apart of your team because now i don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore and will go to another location. He was a Caucasian gentlemen wearing glasses, a hat and no beard or mustache, his face was slim with a pointy nose. Unfortunately he wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know his name.

By far the worst customer service I've received. The staff was extremely rude. Also, this location now does not accept coupons and when I asked them why since they're a national chain (and because I've used them there several times in the past), the employee responded with an extremely snarky response without answering my actual question. I will NEVER do business here again.
