I am submitting a complaint regarding a Subway manager’s behavior during my visit.

I was served a sandwich made with old bread and politely requested a remake. When I returned as instructed, the manager refused to remake the sandwich and told me she “didn’t care who I call” because she is the manager.

This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. Managers are expected to resolve issues, not escalate them or disregard customer concerns. All I asked for was a simple remake using fresh bread.

I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed, and that I be compensated appropriately for the poor service and refusal to correct the order.

I visit this Subway location a few times a week, usually for lunch. Up until recently, my experiences have been consistently positive—the staff have been friendly and always got my order right. However, it seems that new team members have been added recently, and unfortunately, they appear to have difficulty understanding both English and Spanish (languages I speak fluently).

Today, I ordered my usual—a 6-inch Subway Club on wheat—but the employee taking my order struggled to understand me. It took multiple attempts and assistance from another staff member just to get the order started. There were also challenges when it came to selecting the vegetables.

While I appreciate the hard work of all the staff, this language barrier is beginning to affect my overall experience. I hope the management team will consider language proficiency as an important factor during the hiring process moving forward.

The lady with the braces is rude. She came up without even acknowledging us just standing there looking while there was a line. She’s been at this location a long time and should know how to treat customers. We left this location and went to another one on S. Post rd and received EXCELLENT customer service and food was absolutely PERFECT there. I will NOT go back to 21st.

Closed door on me because they said they have to close early to clean up. That’s definitely not a corporate standard and I hope corporate sees this and reprimands this practice

Subway is a good restaurant. The one on East Washington location are so friendly, and clean. They make you feel at home. That's a nice perk, especially for travelers, & visitors. I had a nice experience. Kid Friendly+ Persona with Disabilities ♿

They are the cheapest form of people you could get. I am very disappointed for Subway even letting them open a Subway a franchise. They are dirty and the coke is almost 90% water. The ingredients are rotten and dirty and will charge $3.40 for just Ice.
Before opening a Subway, please have some common respect and learn how to hire decent people that speak english. . Sorry we have to charge extra because it’s our policy. This is not just us. They did to an old lady too. These people are ridiculous. Dirty,lazy and cheap.

Ordered on-line and received my sandwich swimming in mayo. I don't like mayo and it is nowhere on my receipt. Tried to call the number for the store and the phone is disconnected. I had no transportation to take it back as my husband dropped it off and left for work. I guess I'm going to have to order on the app from the store and watch them make my food. How can you mess up something so simple. Thanks guys for me not getting dinner.
