The Employees are so rude , every time I come in there the one Hispanic lady with the braces she’s always rude and has an attitude . I ordered my food online and forgot to put mayo on my sandwich so I asked her to put it on there and she told me “ no I made the sandwich exactly how it says on the paper I’m not putting it on there “ like whatttt ??!!! She’s always rude and when I asked her name she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name .. BUT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO WEAR NAME TAGS ?? then I said okay what’s your bosses name ? She tells me that she’s just going to cancel my whole order ! She’s very unprofessional and rude !!! then I asked the gentlemen that works there what’s the bosses name and he told me the same people that own the hotel own the subway ! Which was a freaking lie !!! I HATE IT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE FOOD ALWAYS LOOKS OLD !!

Can i get fresh lettuce? no this is all we have right now...funny i heard the same thing 2 weeks ago when i came in for lunch! another thing, speak fricking ENGLISH when your conversing with other employees!!!! lucky i speak Spanish as well, and i hope the manager speaks to them about this, i don't appreciate they complaining about customer's in Spanish, assuming because im white i don't understand. never again i will visit this place. hard bread, old veggies, pathetic

I’d give this store a no star if I could. I get off from work and all I wanted was fresh baked warm cookies. This young Hispanic girl sold my 13 year old son the hardest coldest nastiest cookies I’ve ever tasted from any subway in my life, while I waited in the car now I’m not one to complain about my food at all but this was terrible because I used to eat at this location all the time during my lunch hrs when I worked in the area. Idk who has control of this location now but they should be fired immediately. This girl refused to give me a refund I was nice and polite to her she was rude and kept talking over me arguing with me smh I mean whatever happend to the customer being right?? Seriously no customer service at all and I’m so mad because those cookies were disgusting and I just wanted my money back and never got it back. This girl kept saying she was on the phone with her manager who told her not to issue me a refund. I’m just traumatized I’ve never had to go thru anything like this before. I went to another subway (my usual location closer to home) and they gave me fresh baked cookies as always. That’s what this girl said too that the cookies were back this morning…. It’s 6:18pm why do you think these cookies can be sold after 8hrs!!! And there was a gnat flying around in the cookie container smh NEVER AGAIN! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!

BEST subway on this side of town AINT NO COMPETITION ??♂️. The workers are the best no matter morning or night shift! If you’re gonna sit here and leave a bad review, should’ve just stayed home and cooked, simple as that! Don’t come in wasting peoples time and energy ?️‼️

This dude got my whole order wrong. I ordered an Italian BMT and this dude gave me a damn MEATBALL MARINARA. I have no clue what is wrong with this worker but he needs some help if he can’t even listen to my order and get it right. The American people don’t need this type of man in our society. George Washington was the first president of our country and I know damn well he did not want this ugly ahh booger picker, mouth breather, smelly ahh dude to work work the American franchise we know as Subway. Subway please get new workers, I think this one is special. I was able to snag a pic of this young man before heading out. Subway this is your #1 nightmare.

This was my favorite subway till yesterday... I'm came in to get my regular sandwich and the young lady was very rude. The lettuce was brown and I asked for fresh lettuce she said bo.,And then wouldn't chop my peppers up, which is never a problem with anyone else. If she is there I know not to come in store.
