I have given this place so many chances they are thieves and they take advantage of you. I order online and pick up and every single time the last three times they don’t put what I pay for extra today. I order a BLT it had four pieces of bacon and I paid four dollars to get double the bacon. When I called the lady tried to say I was lying. She said I counted it myself. I put 16 pieces. I wonder where she put 16 pieces. It’s not about the four dollars it’s about them tricking people because we are not watching them do it . The best advice I can give you don’t go to this location. Drive a little bit further and get it from somewhere else. This is the worst location around this area. Do not buy from here on top of everything. She’s trying to tell me I’m lying as if I’m going to go broke for four dollars it’s a principle if someone is Spain extra give them the damn extra stuff that’s it. I’m not asking for charity anyways do not order here. As you can see in the picture below, I don’t know how she counted 16 pieces of bacon not to mention there’s only like two whole ones. The rest are little bitty, chopped pieces.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The worker clearly has no idea how to do his job. It all started when he couldn’t even figure out how to do a simple refund. Then, when I called back to try to get it resolved, he actually hung up on me because he didn’t want to deal with me. Instead of helping, he refused to give me the corporate number and even gave me some random phone number that wasn’t legitimate. My food wasn’t made right, I couldn’t get proper management, and the whole experience was a complete disaster. Hanging up on a customer and refusing to handle a problem is the definition of unprofessional. Subway really needs to take a hard look at who they’re putting behind the counter.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was the worst I’ve ever received. The employee was not only extremely slow but also rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a customer they were supposed to assist. I hope management takes this seriously, because this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

I ordered a sandwhich on the mobile app. I picked it up, came back to work and it was burnt. I couldn't even eat it. I called and asked them to make another one, but he said no. Money just wasted. 🤬I will not be going back to this one!
