4/18/25 had ANTS crawling on my sandwich. Something big changed her recently and it's obviously bad.

EDIT: Owners not only refused refund request, but lied about when it was picked up. This was two new employees I had never seen before, as a regular customer of this store for years. Subway corporate can't be contacted, so if you get ants in your food, it's on you

Had a mobile order and had to wait 25 minutes to get it when my sandwich was made. About 5 customers walked in and got their food before I got mine. I was coo because I knew she was there by herself. Then, when I asked for help to get my sandwich, she got an attitude and then ignored me. Then proceeds to make the other guys sandwich. Then, he turned around and grabbed my sandwich off the counter.

They do not honor deals from online that it says they do. Today they overcharged me and would not fix it. The guy who was in charge tried to tell be it was $2.00 in additional tax. BS!! The tax is below. This was the cost of the sandwich. It was supposed to be $6.99 and I got charged 8.89. He then switched his story and said it was an app error and not extra tax built into the sandwich price. He refused to correct it. I will not use this Subway again. Also, the runs sandwich has a bit so great taste. Very poor experience overall!
