Despite the sandwich makers being busy also working at a gas station, they still deliver quality food with care. Using the app allows this to be one of the only Subways open all night long. Being a night shift worker that helps get me food on my break.

This staff was really nice, especially considering that we came in at one in the morning. The woman working put the most care into my sandwich that I have ever witnessed at a Subway before. She made it so custom and yummy. Also, their tomatoes were done beautifully and I would hate for that little extra bit of effort to go unnoticed. It did feel kinda weird since it’s in the back of a gas station, but there’s no need to take any stars for that.

This Subway to me is the best Subway in Indianapolis. It's right off the highway inside the Shell gas station. I never had a bad sub and the customer service was wonderful.

Ordered online... BMT on wheat with veggies... get there and it's ready at the counter. Get home with it, NO MEAT. Drive back they slowly get to me and I explain what happened, they say oh ok sorry and remake the sandwich. Ask where the wrong sandwich is, I give it to them and they give me the corrected sandwich. Thanks for the wasted gas and time... Check ur Sandwich before you leave!!!
It’s always something with this location. It’s 24 hours but it’s not 24hours. Like some days it’s 24 hours. So I went tonight & boom mobile orders only. So you want me to sit in the parking lot order my food and still wait on it then come in and pick it up. ??

Horrible service from the purple and white haired lady!!!!!!! She really hates her job and isn't happy!!!!!!! Or just really doesn't give a F***!!!!!!!! Maybe j pissed her off cuz I said I didn't want my sandwich toasted!!!!!! Not everyone likes there sun toasted nor did she ask like supposed to!!!!!!!! After that she just threw my sub together!!!!!!! Next time I'll just keep on driving until I find the next one!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time here!!!!!!!!
