Place dirty, ingredients don't look really fresh, and to my surprise they don't put the wrap into oven. This is my first subway ever since i came to the US, in Europe they always heat my wrap since it got cheese, so ofc they want the cheese melt. They say they don't oven wraps, only bread. I was baffled. I'll try other subway to see if i can get fresher and cleaner ingredients

Ely needs to be fired. I've never seen anyone make my sandwich worse than her. She was literally just throwing stuff on to the bread not even kind of evenly spread out. Was barely putting anything on the sandwich and when asked to put more on she would put like two more pieces of banana pepper. I've got this sandwich all my life in many different states and it costs $10 and some change at most. She totaled it almost $15. When I asked her why she started raising her voice and telling me that I "should've checked the menu" and when she said the cost of the sandwich she named another sandwich that I didn't get. I told her that's not my sandwich and she just repeated herself and said "No you should've checked the menu!" Ely continued to yell at me the entire time I was leaving the store. She yelled at least four sentences at me during the time that I was walking out. My worst Subway experience by far. 5/13/23 2:30pm

Hours need to be updated. Says 8am on here and on the door of the store but as of 9am today they were still closed

I don't patron Subways unless at Trucker Stops anymore, as there are very few that don't leave you with the feeling it's all bread...but I would come to this one again. Very Friendly and professional employees during my visit (Wed lunch time). They make it the way you would like, making me feel not so bad to be paying a $8-$12 sub instead of the previous $5 one. (One on 38th n Emerson charges you for extra onions or green pepper etc.... so order everything on it including tomatoes and Spinach and pick everything out and throw them away except those two things, change that owners' ways) Clean atmosphere here. A variety of seating: single cushiony armchairs w/ coffee tables, high bar chairs w/ bar round tables, booth tables w/ chairs, outdoor seating, tables that be put together for large groups 14 plus. Lots of natural light Drive thru is in the back... Employees fast and efficient and friendly (worth repeating).

Careful with this one, they short you on lunch meat and overcharge for the chips and drink meal. Instead of ringing it in as a meal for the price on the menu, they ring in chips and drink separately overcharging a little. I stopped getting a meal here. Buy chips and drink somewhere else. Every little bit helps to make a profit right. Sucks because subway is my favorite lunch stop and this one is right by my work. Guess I'll have to find one somewhere else. Ugh ?

I have lunch at this subway about two times a month. I have always found the people to be pleasant and listening to what I have asked for on my sandwich. The facility is clean and it's nice to see some of the same faces when I return. This is one subway I would recommend!! Nancy Smith

On 6/24/22 at 8:20pm I got in line at the drive through behind a car placing their order. When they pulled away I attempted to order but was told that they stop drive-thru orders at 8:25 which it had just become. They are open until 9pm. Asking if this was a joke they said no and refused to take my order.Thank goodness Steak and Shake was open so we went there. We will probably go there from now on.

I HAD to give 1 star just to forewarn people! REAL PROVOLONE CHEESE MELTS, AND STAYS MELTED! 'CHEESE' MADE OF VEGETABLE OIL MAY 'WARM UP AND 'BUBBLE, but WHEN IT BEGINS TO COOL OFF, IT RETURNS TO THE SHAPE OF A SLICE OF NASTY, FAKE CHEESE ! ITS GUMMY TEXTURE MAKES THE ENTIRE SANDWICH A 'MISERABLE FAILURE'!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! NOTICE ALL THE 'GOOD' REVIEWS ARE 4-5 YRS OLD! THE NEWEST REVIEWS ARE 1's!!

I went into the store to order a sandwich and one employee had on her mask , while another employee wasn't wearing a mask. I asked her why she didn't have her mask on, and she ignored me. I'm not sure I understand that. She pretty much was being rude and was trying to see if I would get angry because I asked her that question. I did email her supervisor or the store manager and was given an excuse that she was in the back cleaning, and got claustrophobic and took off her mask and forgot to put it back on. So now I'm thinking if she was cleaning, did she use the same gloves to make my food. That's an excuse, and could be why customers decide not to come there to eat and go elsewhere to spend their money. We all have rights ! But because we depend on everyone to do their part, and one person doesn't follow the rules. It changes everything ! So I'm making sure to spread the word !!! I wouldn't recommend your restaurant to anyone !!! Seriously in the back cleaning!!! Right before you serve food to customers !!!
