Pre-ordered food to save time. Got there and there was only 1 person working an dr 3 people in line. No problem, I waited at the cash register. He ignored me after finishing with the first person. He finally acknowledged me after the second person. He hadn’t even printed off the order that has been put in 20 minutes ago. Went back to help the next person in line and then looked back at me and confirmed my meatball sub. Then he said they didn’t have any more. I asked for him to refund my order and he claimed he couldn’t do that. I tried to contact someone at Subway and can’t get to a chat, email, or any other way to contact them. So disappointed in Subway, but this location and corporate!

Like several other reviews have mentioned, my sandwich had very little meat and cheese, and so it was effectively a veggie sub. Seems like they have the meat slicer set way too thin.

Did a pick up order , me or my daughter’s sandwich had hardly any meat on it. This isn’t my first issue with this location either the employees come off as rude . I will never come to this one again they are a franchise and some meat scammers !!

Was there today they will penny pinch you on everything me and the lady in from didn’t even order anything because of the baby amount of the ingredients they offered I know everything is expensive but don’t cut back on quantity to save yourself money irony recommend this location

They are really sneaky with those measuring tools behind the new metal barrier so you can't see them not give you much less meat than you paid for ?
They smash it around to look like more after they short you.
Won't be returning. Dine at your own risk $15 for a steak sandwich that tastes and looks like a veggie sandwich

They messed up my sandwich. I ordered online and paid for extra meat. When i got to work and opened the sandwich i found essentially a bread sandwich. The employee refused to remake it and instead gave me a refund and told me to get out. I asked for the manager/owner information and she pointed at the soda machine, then a random window, then told me to google it. I filed a corporate complaint. The owner then sent me an empty email that they care about their customers.

Never looks like the picture. All you get is bread. There were flies buzzing in and out of the food. The bread was even stale.
I got my money back. I won't go back.

Horrible service now. Order extra meat on my Philly which I've had before and received regular amount. Expired orange juice, no matter how much I shook it it stayed settled and stuck to the bottom of bottle. Never actually had service this bad at any Subway. As long as new service is needed I will NEVER return to this site.
