Horrible service now. Order extra meat on my Philly which I've had before and received regular amount. Expired orange juice, no matter how much I shook it it stayed settled and stuck to the bottom of bottle. Never actually had service this bad at any Subway. As long as new service is needed I will NEVER return to this site.

Placed an online order they took my money. I go inside to pick my oder up they tell me they don't have it in the system. I pull my bank history up and tell them the store number and show them it nothing they can do. Update. they gave me my money back but took out a n d gave it back and took out again tried to dispute with bank but couldn't.

Do not eat here. I used to come here after going to the pool and so as normal I come in and the person put on a glove and he was slicing the bread and afterwards I kept noticing he was looking at his glove and his finger while he was piling on my cheese and my meat and so I asked him I said did you cut yourself and he goes yeah and he's laughing and I'm like you have a glove on so you cut yourself through your glove you're bleeding and you're making my sandwich. And he just laughed. That's not funny. That's disgusting. You're disgusting. You should know better than to continue making someone sandwich with a bleeding gaping glove on.

Decent enough sandwich, but the lady that made it put half the normal amount of meat on it. Most Subways fold 6 slices onto a foot long. I got 4 slices laid flat and had to pay for extra when I asked.

Horrible customer service. Guy was making my sandwich and put like 3 of each vegetable on and when i asked for more he said "He can't because it won't close". Mind you it was only the meat, cheese, a skimpy ass amount of spinach, tomato, and 8 pieces of olive on there at that point. Just lazy as hell.

I think this franchise is owned by people who care very much about both family and customer service. They're nice people and they were so happy to fulfill my convaluted order. They even gave my 3yo a treat.I cant speak for Subway as a whole, but this one on Kessler and Michigan, its the best I've seen. Very clean facility and the veggies are obviously fresh. Businesses like these do not receive enough praise

We've gotten sandwiches here for years and they're consistent across the board: sandwiches are made correctly, the ingredients are fresh, the place is clean, they aren't particularly friendly, and they don't participate in Subway promotions. When it comes to fast food, I just want what I asked and paid for. In the dozens of times I've been here, I've never had a complaint.

Kids enjoyed picking out there sandwich toppings for lunch. The food was adequate.
I ordered 2 sandwiches from the lady who was the most unfriendly sandwich maker, she barely added meat when I said something about how much meat the person after me was getting my comment was totally ignored. I don’t ask for a lot but just be fair. I won’t go back I will drive to a further location than this which is near my house.

I have had several problems with this particular Subway. Have placed orders online for pick and was given a time that my order would be ready. When I get there they haven’t even started my order. Just recently I placed an online order, was given a pickup time and when I got there they were closed. The website said they were open until 9:00 and it was 7:50. I am done with this place.

Literally every single time I come in here the employees are looking stupid. Is common courtesy taught? Aren’t you suppose to say hello when a customer is walking into your facility??? Or how may I help you? My sandwich was cool but y’all need to improve on the customer service tremendously.

Don’t go here im 14 and today the man that works at the cashier scammed me he saw me a kid with my fathers credit card and saw me order the lady that took my order told my order to the man I heard it the lady said the right order to him but he tried to charge me for more things than I got and my dad called him and the man lied about it so do not send ur child to go inside here without a adult because the Indian man will try to take advantage for money.
