Back in March, I had two custom cakes made for my baby’s first birthday and they both turned out perfectly! The presentation, taste, and quality are exquisite! Y’all nailed it again for my oldest daughter’s sweet sixteen! I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out when I picked the cake up, it was better than what I pictured in my head. My daughter absolutely loved it!!

I have used them twice now and each times they’ve exceeded my expectations. First time we ordered chocolate covered Oreos, rice krispy treats, macarons and chocolate covered pretzels. They were beautiful and delicious.

Most recently we ordered a cake, cake pops and cupcakes and cookies for my sons graduation party. Delicious and looked stunning!!! I wish I could figure out how to post the picture to show how great they look

I had placed an order for a cake to be picked up Saturday June 21st for my birthday the next day. When I went to go get the cake it had accidentally been taken by a delivery driver out. As a result of that there was writing on the bottom of my cake that I had not requested. I was spending my birthday alone and ordered the cake for myself so having happy birthday I love you written at the bottom was just odd. My biggest issue was the cake itself was not what I expected. I had placed an order for a Harry Potter themed cake and cupcakes this past march and was really happy with the price and quality and overall experience. It was the same situation then too pick up on Saturday for a Sunday event and the cakes in march were phenomenal however the cake that I just ordered for my birthday was stale. Im not sure if it sat for awhile before pick up or if it wasn’t wrapped properly however for spending over $70 on a cake I was not pleased with my experience this time around at all. I’m not sure what was going on but my name wasn’t correct on the bottom of the cake (it said many children’s) and when my fiancé got a call they called him tom. I’m severely disappointed because the atmosphere of this place is phenomenal and the service the first time around was great. But this time I feel as though I just wasted $70 because I couldn’t even enjoy the cake, the design looked great it just genuinely didn’t taste good.

The cake was so sweet and it wasn’t what we wanted at all!

It was absolutely delicious and exactly as my daughter requested through a picture I sent !!
I live 30 minutes away and drive all the way south to get this cake !! Classic cakes was not kind to me and I have never forgotten it, but that’s ok because Sweet Escapes is OUTSTANDING !!

The wedding cake and cupcakes were beautiful. The flavors and icing were delicious and so many people loved them. We had five different flavors. The service was good and delivery happened on time. I recommend Sweet Escape for any small or large event. They even 6” have cakes, cupcakes and cake pops available at last minute walk-ins.

Sweet Escape responded to a custom cake request right away and agreed to make it in just three days. It looked great and tasted delicious. My daughter loved it!

Customer Service is lacking.

I was really looking forward to using sweet escape to create my wedding cake, I was trying to speak to someone about a quote I was told to fill it out online that they do not do it over the phone which is fine, I emailed her and then was told it was to complicated to do a quote, I would have gladly paid to come do a tasting because they charge 25.00 for a consultation before you can go in, so I was trying to get a quote prior to a tasting and I got a nasty email back pretty much blowing me off and telling me they are not a good fit.. Honestly just comes off super rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend

Owner is verbally abusive to employees and customers alike. Was so excited originally to order until I saw his behavior.
