I live in the UK but contacted this company to bake a cake for my daughter’s 21st Birthday.The process was simple and they were both efficient and courteous.They baked and delivered a most wonderful cake which looked just like the caterpillar requested.The result was a very happy daughter and her friends.The only pity was that being 3,000 miles away they didn’t save me a slice !!!

I live over 30 minutes away but a friend recommended this bakery. It was beyond convenient for me to send a picture of the cake I wanted for my daughter’s sweet 16 and to receive a quote within 24 hours. You also prepay for the cake and while I was concerned, based on their professionalism and the referral received, I paid all in advance. When I discovered that the bakery was closed in Sunday and I was not going to be able to make a Saturday pick up happen because we were returning on a flight from spring break, they offered to open on Sunday and scheduled a time for pick up! I arrived, that cake was STUNNING, and it was just as tasty as it looked. This bakery is customer centric and I can’t recommend them enough. I will happily order in the future! The cake we got for our daughter was awesome. She loved it for her birthday. Sometimes it’s hard to get more than 1 theme for a cake, but they did a great job. It was cute and my daughter loved it. The cake is moist and tastes good. Everyone enjoyed it. My only critique was the way the person I emailed for the cake fillings and toppings and invoice didn’t want to answer my questions much and seemed annoyed that the invoice wouldn’t go through in my email, including my spam folder.Parking: There are 3 designated spots and several others available in the parking lot. When I drove up to pick up my cake, however, a mail truck was taking up all the private parking spaces. That’s not the bakery’s fault though.Kid-friendliness: My daughter wanted a cake with 3 layers and fondant in her favorite themes including 3 cartoons/shows. They made it look cute and she loved her cake for her birthday.

Ordered a birthday cake from here for my son and they had great communication until I prepaid for the cake, after I prepaid I tried to email to inquire as to when I should pick the cake up and no response, so I call and she rudely states that it should have been on my invoice so, I check and no it definitely wasn’t, so then she says we’re open that day (Saturday) from 9-1. Then the day to pick it up rolls around and I get a call at 11 saying they close at 12 so I had to literally drop everything I was doing and head out to make it. I had tried to avoid all of this by sending emails and calling asking about pick up but all I got was no response and incorrect info from their OWN EMPLOYEES. The actual cake was ok, I had sent inspo pics showing his name and age on the cake but then they ended up just using sticker letters to put it on the base that the cake sat on. Not to mention the gentleman picking up his cake seemed unimpressed and was asking for a manager because they ignored his inspo pics as well for his wife’s cake.
