I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

i got a no meat salad pretty plan honestly but i went to try their ranch for the first time since it looked different, that was my mistake after the first couple bites i started to not feel good. I’ve come to terms the only thing i have never had that i got was their ranch and it made me so sick it’s disgusting. BUT besides that the workers are amazing! the place was amazing all around and made my group feel welcomed.

I go here multiple times a week to grab a quick lunch. The service is perfect and the store very clean. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. The manager (LC?) is fantastic. Always warm and friendly to the customers. And she obviously runs a tight ship keeping everything moving. I highly recommend.

I used to love ordering and going to this place. The last two times I have ordered two servings of avocado, which is an extra charge for each serving. About a week ago the avocado I got was so hard I hurt my tooth (there was no pit it just wasn’t ripe at all) it was inedible and I had to throw it away. I ordered again later that week only to be informed they were out. Things happen but to allow people to continue ordering an item that is not available is extremely frustrating for the consumer. I tried calling the store today to see if they had any avocado and their customer service is actually the worst I have ever encountered. THERE IS NO OPTION to speak to a physical living human in that store, all I got was a slow robot with no option to connect me to the actual store. I would have to submit a support ticket through their website just to see if there is avocado at one specific store. All I wanted to was to check if there was avocado. Not going to order from here again considering I can’t speak to anyone at the store and I refuse to pay extra for an item that I may or may not receive. Pretty disappointing considering I really like the food but making consumers jump through hoops to get a simple question answered is ridiculous. Not even having an option to speak to a store member is even worse and totally inaccessible.
