I put together a large catering order with this Sweetgreen. The manager and staff were lovely to deal with and picking up was incredibly easy. Food was awesome as well !!

I love this place, they've got my favorite fries in indy, high quality steak just overall good food. I really appreciate how clean the bathrooms and the place itself is. Awesome staff members, was handled by Bea very help and kind. Will be stopping by again.

Bro asked if I wanted a lot or a little dressing and I just wanted a normal amount :(( he drowned my bowl in dressing I’m crying why do they have to ask that just make a normal bowl I don’t wanna drink mayonnaise 😭

The store was very clean and food tasted fresh, but it doesn’t justify and I won’t suggest anyone going here again. Came in about 15 minutes before the lunch rush and crew member working the line was visibly annoyed and slamming things down after using them as well as sighing and rolling his eyes. There’s no labels on what different ingredients are which slows down the line and creates a lot more questions, which were obviously annoying the employees. Lastly, I was shocked at the register by the extremely high price of the bowl; for a custom bowl with no protein and only two “premium” items I paid $19. I re-created my exact order at the same location online because it was just so hard to believe and it came out to only $16? I would have loved a receipt to see what I was charged for but the employee walked away without saying anything before I could ask. I love the concept and the stores are always very clean, but it’s just not worth the experience and price. :(

Out of the 15 or so times that I’ve ordered at this location about 40% of the time they are either missing an ingredient or don’t follow simple instructions like adding bread or mixing the dressing. I think today did it for me. I ordered a crispy rice bowl specifically with heavy dressing, bread, and lime squeeze, all options available in the app so nothing out of the ordinary. My bowl came without bread, no dressing, no almonds and no lime. I don’t understand why it’s always items missing in the orders whether they are busy or not. They have quality ingredients but horrible attention to detail. I will say that many times I’m there later in the day and they are not busy, their employees are just on their phones and I think that’s what causes the lack of attention to detail.
Highly recommend you check your entire order before leaving as they do not answer the phone if you try to call for help with your order!

I went for the bowl with steak and blue cheese. The portion sizes are enough to fill you up and the outdoor seating is so good this time of year! The green goddess ranch wasn’t my favorite, but it’s nice to try different variations of the sauce. :)
