My review is solely to the young woman working alone today making food and taking orders. Cars back up and she is just pushing through. Yall have an amazing employee and should take better care of her. I did not get her name but im sure yall can look at the time and see who she is.

Pulled up for lunch and they stopped taking peoples orders with a line making it impossible to get out so we had to wait for the orders in front of us to get done so we could atleast drive out to leave. Their reasoning was there was only one person there. Funny thing is we were watching another guy taking out trash.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered online. I got the build your own box with a chalupa, beefy 5-layer burrito, the nacho chips with an upgraded to large midnight berry freeze. I also added the beef burrito off the the value menu. I had my boyfriend pick up my order for me and when he got back with it, everything was wrong. They didn't have the freeze so they gave me a regular size sierra mist. I did NOT get the chalupa (THE MAIN COURSE) or my beefy 5-layer burrito. I received 2 of the beef burritos off of the value menu, the side of nachos and an incorrect drink. I WILL NOT be going back. This is not the first time this tacobell has messed up my order. I didn't even get any sauces. When I called to ask how to go about getting my refund the manager literally was no help. She told me she didn't know what to tell me on how to go about fixing this issue. And when I called customer care the lady did NOT care and offered to send me some coupons. So I told her i wanted a complete refund and she said that she's going to put in a request and the manager at this store will tell me how to get my refund, after the fact that I already spoke to her and she was clueless. Nobody even offered to just remake and replace my food. Absolutely trash service on all ends. Do not go to this specific taco bell, they will 100% f*** up even the most simple orders.

I ordered 3 chicken tacos I had more lettuce than meat the chicken was hard. The order was three soft supreme chicken tacos they gave me 3 regular tacos. This Taco Bell is sad.

Food that i actually could eat tastes old and I ordered a bean burrito without onions and there was more onions than anything else on the burrito

I was passing through on my way to Anderson and thought I'd stop off and grab a few of the new chipotle chicken tacos since I've had them at other locations I just knew they'd be good...wrong! I ordered 6 of them too, I was long on the highway before I attempted to eat one and what I got was B.S. there was zero chicken zero cheese and literally zero sauce, I was so upset I couldn't take them back since I was already 40 plus minutes away I wish I had taken pictures of it. I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION IT'LL BE A WASTE OF MONEY! I will not be returning to THIS LOCATION at all, just poor pitifulness. And the bad thing about it is they knew they were giving me some B.S. for the guy to go out of his way to "bless me" was his words with hard tacos.?

I understand only drive through for safety reasons but the employees were outside and I saw one with the headphones get inside a coworkers car that reeked of marijuana and then I go thru the drive thru and the man is rushing me ! Tells me to pull up twice like I'm on the way and I didn't get what I ordered.. I asked if I could pay for another at the window and he tells me I have to pull around again xD ghetto employees

This taco bell has horrible customer service. I was there earlier and they messed up on my order. Instead of fixing the issue they wanted me to come back around so they can fix there error. When I questioned the reason they couldn't fix it there, they just kept saying they can't do anything until I pull around. Most posts places would own up to their mistake and fix it right then and there. I saw no point in getting back into a long line for them to possibly fix their error.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. They didn’t get my order right and when I told them at the window the guy said he couldn’t add anything on at the window, there was no one behind me and no one else in the store. He told me I had to go Thur the drive thru again to get my burritos they didn’t get on the order and I also had to order my sour cream that way. I was outraged but proceed to go thru the drive thru again cause there was no one else there when I pulled up to the speaker I was informed that I could wait 15-20 min in the parking lot for the computer systems to come back on line. I was outraged and just went home gave the food I did get to my husband and I went hungry. Don’t go to this Taco Bell if you really want to eat!

We were the only people there when we got there and they completely messed up our order. My husband and I both wanted diet soda so we ordered it. I got a diet pepsi, he got a Baja Blast Zero, but both of us got the regular soda. Then I didn't get the chips to my chips and cheese and my crunch wrap was burnt on the bottom and wasn't prepared correctly.There's another Taco Bell that's nearby that's better and has better customer service not even two minutes away.Edit: 10/10 - came here again and now they aren’t taking orders because they had more than five people in a line. Officially done.

I was the only one in the drive thru and was told I had to pull around then I had to set there for 10 minutes untill someone brought me the food.
