Ordered online after inside closed. Had to wait for 12 cars ahead of us to order and get their food one by one due to short staffed. Took a hour to get to window. Luckily our food wasn't out and done like it should have been. The one thing they did right !!

The Taco Bell at Thompson and Madison is almost always busy. I recommend placing your order on the Taco Bell app, then just get in line or go in and pick up your order. The food is always good here and the employees greet me with a smile. Favorite location!

Your staff is extremely rude, talking negatively about customers that can hear them not changing gloves after touching the bathroom door with gloves on the 2 females working was rude when asked to use bathroom or access to to wash hands then still made paying customer wait until they was ready food was colder rather than fresh and hot WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF AVAILABLE oh and their comment about people having low self esteem due to having face tattoos it takes a real stupid person to voice that outlook one who works in customer service but that's probably why they work there

Bathrooms are disgusting. "For customers only" with the doors locked. Order my food and get greeted with shit everywhere. Worse than concert bathrooms. Sign says people come every 30 minutes but it might be once a day
Friday the 1st of November 2024. The first time I've been inside. I usually use the drive-thru but the line was long. I was shocked!!! The rudeness displayed by the "GIRL" incharge was unbelievable. People that paid cash were treated like trash!! I had to keep telling her there were 4 people waiting to pay. She would check one out then walk away. Completely ignored the others. I paid by debit card. There were 6 employees there 2 at window, she was one of the 2, and 4 on the line. The gentleman with her had served me twice that week by himself. He'd been trained. The lady on the line was not. That lady made my chicken cantiena bowl wrong. I asked the "GIRL" for more lettuce please. She looked at me like I had no right to do so. This was the 4th time I'd been there this week. 3 mins later I had to ask for the drink I ordered. She was mad! When I got home I called the store because there wasn't any chicken on my chicken bow! When I went back for a new bowl I said to her "if there's a new person on the line she should be helping her instead of talking at the window. SHE NEEDS TO GO!! I WOULDN'T have her representing my store.

Couldn’t wait for a 60’s tostada. All I got was a shell with ground beef down the center, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Nothing like the Taco Bell description with red sauce, refried beans and toppings. This Taco Bell never gets our order right.
