This place does a good job about making the food fast. I usually have to customize my order and they always get it right. Not being able to talk to the employees about my order is still irritating. I needed my food put in a bowl and not on tortillas. It is not an option on the digital kiosk. Not their fault but still irritating.
Just went to the drive thru August 7th at 130pm and they told me they weren't taking any more orders now.

First off it's Taco Bell. The ultimate last resort for food when nothing else is available. The service is what's to be expected. The place is clean I'll give em that however if it wasn't for the locals the atmosphere might be somewhat enjoyable. Instead you have random homeless people walking in asking for water and change, or you have random groups of teenagers coming in loitering and hanging out while the employees act as if they don't see anything. I then witnessed a young man walk over to the counter, lean over and help himself to a cup where he then got himself a soda from the machine.

The service was great! Our to-go order was accurate. And it was budget-friendly! It's not easy to feed 9 people in a decent price range. I like the new feature on the app that gives you suggestions based on your budget. That makes ordering easy when I know I want Taco Bell but not sure exactly what I'm in the mood for.

i ordered 2 SPICY ranchero burritos but i got 2 avocado ranch burritos, & i ordered a grilled cheese burrito & there’s no cheese on the outside like it always is. the lady at the window was so freaking rude. lightskin woman with braids. being rude to us & her coworkers, yelling with the window open. can’t even feed my pregnancy cravings in peace. always gotta mess it up.

Ok food the place is always dirty ,nobody ever cleans off the tables correctly, they are always sticky or have dried food on them. Bath rooms at least the mens , are very nasty. TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR WORK PEOPLE , AND MANAGERS DO YOURS TOO... MANAGE!!!!!
Average fast food taco bell. It used to be you could get a decent portion of food for 5 bucks ordered 3 burrito on the lower to mid burrito option and a medium drink and it was 13 bucks.
