What a load of crap. Taco Bell is closed before 11pm. Right across from a 24/7 truck stop, and they are closed. Whom ever owns this particular franchise needs to get it together.

I am so tired of this location ignoring the screens. It feels like they just freestyle every order. I worked at Taco Bell for years. I know how it goes. To forget or mess up every once in a while is understandable. But every single time?? I don't think I've ever had an order that wasn't missing an item or two or was made correctly. At this point, it's a scam. You NEVER get what you pay for. Corporate needs to step in. This is ridiculous.

It’s 10:15 , lobby is not open. One of the employees is just pretending like I’m not standing there waiting to come inside and place an order. Highly recommend getting better staff that knows how to do their job.

The workers were awesome and the food was incredible, had the 9$ explorers box or whatever with chipotle sauce and I genuinely believe I hit food-clarity because it was so good

They say that the definition of insanity, is doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting different results. I have told myself in the past that I would not visit another Taco Bell again. But, something inside me thinks that maybe this time it will be different. Well, I should have listened to my past self. I had the $5 meal box. The taco shell was broken and the taco itself contained very little meat. I ordered the nachos and cheese with it and the chips were mostly just crumbs. At least the crunchwrap was decent. I ordered ahead on the app, and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes to receive my food. The staff on duty were less than happy to be there and it showed. At least the building was clean! I won't be going back to any Taco Bell.
