The ai drive thru made us laugh a little and it wasn't working properly so the worker started talking without us noticing and she immediately accused of us of playing with it and when we grabbed the food she was making rude remarks after the driver told her that he hopes her day goes better. the order number was 492 at 12:01 am on february 9th. i usually don't make reviews but this was the first time i've seen a rude customer service worker.

Usually go here for the #7 on the menu but I decided to go with something different.... i got the #11 and everything was good but 6 hours later I got food poisoning.

Never again ! Will I go to taco bell

went to drive thru and was so excited when it was an a.i. taken order from beginning to end ... then when i pull up to the window had to wait as stuff was still being made. get my bag and as i pull out it was not my bag so i pull over and go inside... apparently someone in the lobby had gotten my food but every older female working was running around seeming frantic like they know their days working at taco bell are numbered and i cant wait til then to get correct orders at beech grove taco bell on Emerson in indiana since as long as i can remember and im 50... automation is the future of fast food

Went in today and got the Supreme Luxe Box. This is what the Gordita looked like. Most of the meat was on one end, but still barely any there. I took it to the counter and asked if that's all the meat they put in it. They said they could remake it, but it would be the exact same way. They get one scoop. I'm assuming it is a tablespoon scoop. ? She did come back out and offer to remake it with extra meat, but only because I am a regular. This is deeper than that. If this is what they are giving all of their customers. Something needs to be said. Is Taco Bell that bad off, that they need to continue to raise their prices and cut back on ingredients? What happened to value for your money? If it's not things like this. It's having to wait 25 minutes for your food, because you dine in and they continuously serve the drive thru and doordash. While everyone inside is neglected. Get it together guys! Beech Grove deserves better! Would have given 0 stars, but there is not an option!

2nd time this month, I have received the worst quality food. Hard beans actually crunchy!! Soft shells were mushy, I ate inside too insure quality food. Horrible food quality but raise the prices. Wow do better on the food quality!!!

I stopped here before work one day to get a quick breakfast. The woman working the drive thru could not have been nicer. She felt bad that my order was delayed, so I was given double of it for no extra charge. Meanwhile I was feeling bad that I came in so early when they probably weren’t expecting customers till later! Not to mention, the food was actually super warm and made with love—rare for a Taco Bell. That woman made my morning and I definitely plan to come back here if and when I’m wanting a quick breakfast before work again.

I'm gonna edit my review bc this new staff yall have is amazing. Usually I try to come inside with big orders so it don't mess up drive thru time but Usually get attitude bc I spend atleast 60 and when I told them I apologize for this big order coming and the girl was cashing me out and said I wanna see this big order I said it's 60 and another guy said that's it?! Joking and they were fast as fun boyyy lpl

Tried to go through the drive-through, but instead of customer service they had a robot. Being that robots don’t pay taxes I don’t hire them. The price also appears to be higher than it was just recently, so it would appear that the robots bring down the quality of service, But bring the price up
