Was halloween and was waiting on my bf to get done with his afterschool stuff, they let me sit and get ready, all the staff was amazing and I feel they should all get a raise. They know how to have humor, they treat their customers great and overall I had a great time there

My rice in both my burritos were hard as a rock and not cooked, idk how this happens, workers were nice but cooks need some work. That’s unacceptable with the fact half the menu consists of rice.

Redeemed my free item, which was the cheese potatoes, in drive thru. Pulled off and looked in my bag and it was no utensils....How am I gone eat my food???? So I had to turn around and go inside to get a spoon....ridiculous

Shout out to Davion for the great customer service! Went to the other Taco Bell 3910 Madison Ave and was greeted with asking me to wait to order then rushed to get thru their timer. Needless to say I left and will be back. I appreciate the customer service here and will be back ☺️

Very disappointed in the cheesy mini street tacos. I asked for beef instead of steak, almost 6 dollars for two mini tacos. Then to find maybe half a tablespoon of beef. Ridiculous Taco Bell.
