I have gotten their new strawberry refresca and I had rotten strawberries in my drink they had no napkins and were so called “ still making strawberry refrescas even though I already had mine, the staff were laughing when my card declined and as soon as I walked up to the front they shut their mouths real quick I am very disappointed because they had no places to sit because they were still cleaning it but the thing is that nobody was even cleaning of the tables, the girls bathroom had crap all over the toilets and the toilet was even clogged with pee all over the floor and crap in the sink I do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell so this is why I am leaving a 1 star review…. HORRIBLE SERVICE. ROTTON FOOD. AND HoRRIBLE CLeANIng so just think about it.🥀😭💀

The service was horrible. Jonathan is the worst person to have at the window. Needs more training ASAP. He was very rude and did not get my order correct. While keep asking me if I were done. Like,can you let me finish ordering first? Then he's playing with his friend at the window, probably giving food away while giving paying customers the wrong food. I want my money back and will not be back

Charged me for donation round up when told no I do not want to donate and didn't tell me the total before charging my card . Missing sour cream on my supreme tacos and missing meat on my Mexican pizza. I will not be back to this location.
