Never had a worst more soggy experience. You couldn’t even peel the tacos from the paper. The birthday cake churro was smashed in the box. Every employee in that establishment was absolutely dirty and trashy and should not be working in a food establishment. They wouldn’t even help an old woman at the counter who only had cash. This establishment is great when the store manager is working. When he’s not, it reeks of marijuana and the service is absolutely terrible.

Not happy with this place anymore. I do like to go to the register and order my food and speak with a live person. Not at a computer screen which is what obviously this world is coming to.

Should be a zero all around. Supposed to be open at 7:00 a.m. at 7:20, I was told to wait a few minutes at the drive-thru and then no one ever came. Then I got stuck between two cars and couldn't get out. Absolute worst experience ever. Thanks Taco Bell for making me late to work.

The staff is actually very helpful and friendly there was a mix up with my door dash and they employee was respectful and helped me with what she could. I've very pleased.
It was fast, but the tacos were awful. They just tasted like limp, wet vegetables.

I know it isn't the employee's fault, but the food gets smaller as the price gets bigger. I'm glad they don't have the AI drive-thru, I won't go back to places that use AI at the drive through. Not that that will make a terrible difference, I'm just saying that I prefer human interaction when I am ordering food and I want people to keep their jobs.

Horrible service waited 20 minutes for my order ? never again worker's and management were on the phone ? sitting down and just hanging in the office; then started helping the drive up window all the time I'm just standing there ? will never come back to this location W 38th Lafayette RD SERVICE IS

Stop here late one night. Took the drive thru and they were kinda rude. Didn't let it bother me much. Was extremely disappointed when I got home... was missing 2 tacos from my order. Didn't feel like going back and finally got home. Been a long time since I've had Taco Bell... thats probably why.
