Never even received my food. Placed an order with the Taco Bell app for delivery. Delivery is obviously contracted through DoorDash. My order was apparently stolen by the first driver as when the order was reassigned I was told I needed to place the order again. The order got assigned to a THIRD driver who was kind enough to let me speak to the Taco Bell employee. This employee did nothing but speak over me, told me I needed to reorder my food through DoorDash when I had ordered through the Taco Bell app. Would not listen to me when I told them that I cannot access DoorDash support as the order was placed through Taco Bell. I explained that I already filled out the Taco Bell support form and that they would contact me at some undetermined time, but my order was still in limbo. They then proceeded to hang up on me and shut my dasher out of the drive thru window. Truly unprofessional service and an astounding lack of knowledge on how online orders work through the Taco Bell app. The leadership for this store needs some serious evaluation.

Yall so trash. I just left and all i wanted was a fiesta potato with no sour cream. All the potatoes was hard and hardly any cheese.

Pop machines were down in the whole store. My chalupa shell was so stale that I couldn't bite it. Cinnamon twists had absolutely no Cinnamon. And don't expect meat to be on your tacos. There must be a shortage of that.

The tall white kid with curly hair has the worst attitude ever. The last two times (weeks apart) we came he unfortunately was there. He's inconsiderate, rude and childish. There was a woman there that apologized for his behavior. There are plenty of people out there with better behavior that could replace him.

This location has been declining since 2015. It’s a 50/50 whether I get everything I order and no I do not sit in the drive through checking everything in my bag as I shouldn’t have to. Food is sloppy out of the bag and the staff always have an attitude for no reason.

Honestly first time trying taco bell, and it was surprisingly good, got myself the crunchy supreme I think it was and a loco doritos taco, really really good especially getting it down with the baja blast
