I ordered the number 5. When I got home, I found that there were several big pieces of lint in the nachos, old dark chips, and the lid was not all the way on. I honestly think they gave me trash. I will never go back.

The day shift was very rude and disrespectful took 25 minutes on 3 tacos literally put no MEAT on one of my tacos im just so over it they forgot to give me my fries then when I mentioned it got upset and gave me 6 fry’s with a cup of cheese they so bogus ill never come back

I went through the drive through asking about a cantina bowl and they said they had them and then they were talking so fast. I couldn't hear them through the drive through so then I pulled up when I pulled up they wouldn't take my order and ask me to come inside so I come inside then they want me to use the kiosk. Well incidentally, I said no, this is too complicated to order and I left. Whoever's running this place definitely doesn't know how to manage people or provide customer service either that or maybe it's the staff and maybe the manager is unaware. Either way, the funny thing is, I would have tipped them. I went over to. Penn station East Coast subs and I.Tipped everyone because they had excellent service and they took care of my order exactly the way that I asked it less.And learned don't go to taco bell until they change who they have on staff

The staff at this restaurant need to be trained and educated on basic etiquette. A customer walked in and greeted him and he just glared at the customer and then turned his head to do his own thing, he was only 7 feet away from the customer, there were no other customers in the restaurant at the time but one.

Very ratchet. Very slow service. Out of common supplies. Customer service was no existent. Clearly a large turn over rate. Different employees each visit but the same consistent poor service.
