every time I come here, my food’s always made the way I asked it to be. Usually always warm. And the people working, there are always nice. This is a really good place to eat probably one of the best restaurants around the block

I waited to get my order in the drive thru taken after 10 minutes and so I went to the window and she told me I was away from the sensor, which I was in front of and she told me I’d have to pull behind the line again to get my order taken, which she could of just taken my order then, it is called the customer is always right?

Every time we go there the service is slow and they always forget part of the order or get it wrong. Tonight we had to wait forever for an online order, then to go back in to get the bean burrito that they forgot. When got home the bean burrito was not correct. The Pintos and cheese and cheesy fiesta potatoes containers were not even halfway filled. A horrible place to stop if you are in a hurry and want your food done right. Also, my husband paid for extra toppings on his nachos and did not get. The worst thing is there is nothing to be done.

I have ordered and been to this store many times. 50% or more of the time I have ordered from this store I have received terribly made food, cold food, or an absolutely wrong order. This is the worst fast food franchise I have ever been to and would recommend driving the extra 5-10mins driving.to the next closest Taco Bell store

My food was freezing cold. The Gordita wrap has like 3 pieces of chicken in it with a boat load of sour cream. And the crunch wrap is completely completely freezing cold . The burrito was OK but the shell was hard. Horrible service. Drive thru service is always HORRIBLE..................
