I never catch his name but the guy that runs the drive thru at night that answers with having a "tacotastic" night is just always on point with everything. Any time that i have came to this taco bell when he was working, he has always made me feel very welcomed & appreciated and i have always left with a smile on my face & my belly full with the food i ordered perfectly made. I, myself, as a manager in the fast food industry needed to acknowledge this gentleman...

Having kiosks does not give you a pass to ignore someone at the counter. The person who did help me was nice.To be clear, I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK! EMPHASIS ADDED. I did enjoy my bean burritos.
