This taco bell sucks. Waited about 25 minutes for food that was old and hard. The manager had a bad attitude and so did the person who took my order. I asked for fresh food and got cold old meat with hard, tough shells. Never again will I come here again.

1st time: Sent away because cashier said they only took cash. 2nd time: Lack of honesty led to unfulfilled order and wasted time. They also forgot my drink. This is a common theme eating fast food, which I dont think I'm too good for, but I am now motivated to never eat it again. Sometimes, after a long day of serving others, you hope to receive decent service in return. ❤️

Staff complained about Mr substituting a sauce on thr side, infront of me. Also, I ordered the cheesy burrito which comes with 2 burritos but mine came with 1.

Loved my experience being there. Speedily on the delivery of my food to me after ordering it.. and the quality was good too..
customer service is just unreal people are very rude and act like they have no common sense always on their phones got my order, and of course since the phones were more important none of the tacos were Supremes even though I had to pay a hefty price for the supreme tacos. Nobody wants to do their jobs sad place. Let's not forget how nasty the store is all the time trash on tables under tables sauce everywhere like nothing is being cleaned at this location I will go thr extra mile and never return to this location plus someone needs to stand up over paying high end prices for items that are never received yea I'm big mad over my not so supreme tacos best thing I got was a md I'm sure I'm not the only one paying and not receiving what I ordered

Typically never had a problem getting my food right at this location. The only problem I have is they are either short staffed or have someone new on drive thru. They could only take one order at a time and then get told to wait 5 - 15 minutes at the speaker.
The employees had attitudes and my visit was a nightmare,food was wrong and not made to order..

Both times I was here within the last month the drive thru order machine wasn't working so was told to pull around and wait 5mins for them to get it working. The second time the fryers and card reader were also down. I won't waste my time here again.

*My fiance came to this restaurant and here’s her thoughts:* This taco bell is the worst I have ever been to. I never write reviews but the abysmal service this taco bell provided to me this evening has compelled me to write this one. First and foremost, the person at the drive thru was rude for no apparent reason. Im not old enough to be a karen but come on. they couldn’t hear me through the speaker so they kept getting mad. They also got mad that I asked if they had apple pay. That’s not even the worst part though. Im no food critic but the 3 cheese roll ups and 2 chicken quesadillas I purchased all had bits of lettuce in them. It makes sense for a stray piece to be in one every now and then but you can tell that they must not be keeping their kitchen tidy or their gloves changed. If I wanted lettuce in my food then I would have ordered it in it. Not to mention that the cheese wasn’t even melted in most of the food I ordered. Are they even using their steamer for the cheese roll ups??? I shouldn’t have to open my food up to see whats inside of it before I eat it, lest I be surprised by something. Cheese was sticking off of the roll ups as if it had been carelessly thrown together. In conclusion, if you really want taco bell, don’t go to this one. I would rather pay whatever small fee for doordash or drive a little farther to get it from some other location. Rest assured, I will not be returning to this one.
