So I love a good breakfast crunch wrap, but the issue I have with this Taco Bell is there are only workers in the facility before 9am only like 20% of the time. It's a toss up of whether my morning is going to be ruined following my shift or not. Also, sometimes when you roll up, they tell you they are only taking mobile orders. I'm sorry, my car is a mobile vehicle, is the drive thru not a mobile vehicle?

Customer service is horrible. I was waiting for 3 drinks for about 15 minutes. Was waiting for the cashier to look up but she is ignoring almost all the customers. My friend went up and she didn't even give us any attention.

Well, I can honestly say I have never left a Taco Bell mad before. I waited for my order for 40 minutes, asking if there were any updates on my food, and getting next to no response. I ended up leaving with no food, hopefully, the person who was shouting the orders had to sit there shouting my name for a good minute. The staff was borderline incompetent. The girl shouting the orders out was whispering the entire time and had to get this gross-looking man to continue to come out and yell the name out for her, and then walk away mumbling curse words under his breath. Not sure why he applied to work there knowing that customer service was part of the deal, when he clearly can not deal with people.

Left a review earlier about a poor experience in which I did not receive a refund for an order that was messed up. The review was deleted. I’m leaving it again. I will also be calling corporate and the ATC about the lack of IDing for young people that I saw tomorrow.

While it isn't authentic Latin American food, it was open late after midnight, the food was good, the drive thru was open, and it was on the way to the hospital. The server at the window was professional but that's about it. Yes, if I needed an after midnight meal, I would go back in a minute.
