I drove up at 6pm to get food today and they were closed. The sign on the door says they were open until 7pm. I’m not surprised. This location is terrible.

Went through the drive thru no one said anything so we pulled around the building to leave and saw the employees so went back to the drive through and said hello and is anyone there. I called the phone and the employee that answered the phone said they were closed because the night manager did not show up. When we left we saw the employees making food and drinks.

Ordered a cheese quesadilla. I got a shredded cheese quesadilla instead. Went back in line to make a complaint and the young lady said the steamer must not have had enough steam...didn't offer to re heat it, and told me to have a nice day. I'm upset because all you have to do is heat it up. Which means she chose to give me this half cooked quesadilla on purpose. I order three and almost all of them are the same. 20 dollars wasted. Done with this bias shit. Nobody else was in line. Absolutely no need to rush. I was polite and everything.

No cashiers in the front, forcing me to use their tablets to order. I am taller than most And the tablets were very low for me. I had to ask multiple times for a receipt. I had to ask multiple times for my drink. Loud and loose children.

i got the number 7 meal and a side of nacho fries. the fries werent even fresh… and before the worker even handed me my soda i knew something was wrong with it because the Baja mountain dew barely had color. waste of money.

Place is an absolute joke! Went there in the morning at 8:00 a.m. to try to get a drink and use their restroom and they tell me they're closed but their sign says 24 hours open for every day all week. So I didn't get to use the restroom or get a drink and when I explained to the lady through the door that I just needed to use the restroom then she still continued to tell me they were closed but a group of them are all sitting back on their phones in the kitchen. Taco Bell is nothing but a shame to the food industry.
