I don’t understand how this place is still open, went for lunch around 11:35 places an online order and get to the store to be told they are closed and have been since.. worse place anymore and just keeps going down more and more with food and customer service…

Hispanic “manager” that’s working today at 1230pm on 5/16/25 is VERRY rude. Only giving 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. Refused to give her name, refused to answer questions, just mean and rude all together. Go to a different location. Food is always cold and nasty here anyways! Do better with who you hire as a “manager” Taco Bell!!

Tried to get service about the strawberry lemonade drink and the young gentleman just looked at me and turned away twice. He later was cussing at his boss and walking away to talk on his phone. Another staff member, a young lady, was sitting in the dine-in area cursing to someone on her phone...all while my young grandson and I were dining in.

Not sure if the owners are aware that after 3am you have a very slim chance of being served. They have one excuse after another as to why they can't make you a taco. I ordered online and that didn't help. They still charged my card even though I received no food. I'm done with this location.

Pulled into the drive thru at 2am and was told they were only doing door dash. This location is open 24 hours and does not stipulate anywhere they only do door dash during certain hours.
Customer service is horrible, even the day manager has an attitude and makes you feel like your an inconvenience to them. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house 😔

I went through the drive-thru and ordered about $40.00 worth of food. The service was lacking tonight, as was the food quality. I received a stale pizza, a stale taco shell, and I never got the sauces I asked for. This is not what I paid for.

Ordered in the drive through, and the human taking my order was outrageously rude and dismissive. As if they were angry at me for ordering food. I indicated while ordering that I would like some hot sauce with my order. While I waited at the window; the same employee proceeded to yell at the other staff members, cursing and complaining about management. I understand that sometimes people get frustrated at work. However, when I gently asked for the hot sauce, the employee chose to shove a handful of mild sauce at me, slam the window, and proceed to turn around cussing and yelling. I fully support the grit and the rawness of the service industry, but that experience was so inappropriate and unpleasant.

They couldn't make the green sauce burrito I'd ordered, so the employee made me a bean w avocado burrito instead. It was simple and tasted fantastic! Whole order was good. Only gripe would be how skimpy they are making tacos too often.
