By far the worst tacobell in Indianapolis hands downThey always make our food wrong its always cold or theres always something missing. Not to mention how sloppy and incorrectly they prepare the food. The restaurant is DIRTY! MONKEYS would make a better staff. Whoever is managing that place needs fired and the entire crew needs replaced. Absolute westside indianapolis ghetto trash ?

I used to go here often, but no more. Tonight, about 7:30pm, I ordered my usual 4 Dorito Shell tacos. When I got them they were smashed to pieces. Not just into one or two pieces, but each one was in a dozen pieces. I had to eat them with a fork.There's no way they made the taco in a broken shell. They had to have made the taco, then smashed them intentionally.I wonder what else they do to our food that we don't know about?The frustrating thing is they don't show up on the Taco Bell website so I can't contact the company and complain.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would but you have to at least give one star to post the review…… Ordered my food through the drive through and when I got home my food was hard as a rock. Tacos were hard as a rock and the nachos were old. Food was cold as if it had been sitting out all day. I called and spoke to an employee and they told me to write “ precious” on the receipt and when I return to the store they will redo my order. This establishment is so ghetto from the manager to the young teenage staff they have working for them. Do not eat here, save your money and go else where. Definitely not the type of establishment I would want my family and friends to frequent.
Made a mistake to grab food here, got a Supreme Crunchwrap ant for some reason it was tasting weird… like oily. Hard to explain also no beef in it. An hour later I felt sick to my stomach. I got food poisoning from this place.

They get orders wrong all the time and are super slow. It's generally ghetto and the workers don't care about their jobs, but I wouldn't either if I had low wages like their employees. Wouldn't recommend.

I was the only one in the drive thru, was told they had to drop fresh food for my order and to pull around after paying. Food came out 12 mins later, drove home 5 mins…all the food in the box was completely cold except the nacho cheese. Nice crew but what the hell were they doing if the food came out cold? I don’t expect much as it’s fast food but would of been nice to eat warm food.
