The food was good as always. The service however was TERRIBLE. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My friend and I went inside after ordering separately on the app and we were planning on getting the food and leaving to go elsewhere. It took at least 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge our existence. It took another 20 minutes to get my order and the order was wrong. It took them ANOTHER 20 minutes to get my friend's order. All the while, we heard the employees in the back arguing and using extremely inappropriate language, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. I think next time I want taco bell I may just avoid this location altogether. I don't think I'll be going back to this one.

Avoid this taco bell, they suck. Lived in walking distance for 7 years, occasionally swear off them, but then come back just to be disappointed again, 85% chance you will be too. Better to go to 10th street or the one near Dan Jones Rd.

Food was pretty mid. I prefer the one on tenth street, but they didn't have the nacho fries and this one did. They forgot the special sauces. There's a green one with the cantina chicken taco and a chipotle with the snack burritos.
ALL I can say is WHY and what is going on with the quality and portion size? So i go through the drive - thru and order $20.00 dollars worth of food but received about $5.00 same results this week but I wanted to give TB a 2nd chance but it was worse. Taste was horrible the bean burrito had almost ZERO filling I put complete soft taco Supreme w/flour tortilla in BB too I will never ever return to Taco Bell and i hope this helps others

Went here with my grandma 02/11/2025 at 1:01pm. I was in the drive through with my grandma ordering and they asked her several times if she wanted drinks after she told them no drinks at all. They didn’t give us everything we ordered. I ordered 4 soft supreme tacos and got three wich was made terribly. They gave us the wrong burrito and my grandfather called them to explain the issue. Not only did they refuse to resolve the issue, they continued to argue and deny any faults in the order. I personally think them people are on drugs based off the way they took the order in the first place. I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. You WILL regret it! Calling corporate as of today. People are so lazy they don’t even want to do their job.

I don't usually take umbrage, but this was not cool. My order is always the same and so far this place has done fine, but this order was wrong on so many levels. First, I always get the #3 with Baja and 2 bean burritos, never deviate (not that I expect anyone to remember me). This order didn't even have my Taco at all. Then the size of the burritos were VERY small almost to the point of absurdity (photos provided). I know it is late when I came, but I had just gotten off work and have no time to make dinner as I have to work in the morning. So something simple and quick is nice, but this is just wrong.
