I just went through the drive through and I got home to eat and my Chicken was like jerky couldn't chew it. Called to tell manager nobody answered and hung up the phone twice. Don't know why a person would serve that to anyone it was definitely done on purpose it was rock hard and black

Today’s night shift closed early (Saturday 1am) and they’ve been doing it very consistently, mind you there are 3 cars in the parking lot that i know belong to the workers and it’s annoying trying to get a meal from there when they’re never open past 12, ON A WEEKEND!

might as well be closed during the night time. workers are lazy and refuse to make orders. even claimed they were “closed.” Pretty sure your boss doesn’t pay you to turn away customers. Literally ordered 2 chicken flatbreads. like how lazy can you be. Double edged sword for management. losing money by refusing orders. and also losing money by paying these workers to do absolutely nothing but turn away customers. if it were me running this taco bell i would just cut the night shift entirely. good workers for night shift are hard to find, but having workers who turn away customers for no reason other than laziness is ridiculous. also losing customers who would likely be repeat customers if they had simply gotten the food they paid to get.

Our family does not eat at Taco Bell, I think it’s been a year since I’ve been there. But my daughter wanted to try the new retro menu. We went to this location for drive-through. The gentleman at the counter was so sweet and kind, Service was fast, and the food was hot. I would definitely recommend at least for the daytime. I don’t know about night.

The gentleman at drive through on 8/25/25 @ 1:30pm was professional polite and portrayed a sense of leadership, idk if he’s a manger or not but if not he should be considered for a position in it.

There is a considerable difference between day shift and night shift at this taco bell. Most day shifts you can find your food hot, fully stuffed, and worth the money. Night shift is a different story. Food is too expensive to be slacking on toppings and fillings which, come to find out is a common complaint at this location.
This bowl should have been completely filled. Instead, I got a few stragglers of cheese, 5 pieces of red cabbage, a sprinkle of pico, an extremely small dab of sour cream, and dry, hard rice. Please do better. Food is too expensive for the deliberate skimping!

I once again made the mistake of choosing this Taco Bell over the one down the road. And, once again was not given my full order. It shouldn't be a gamble to expect to get the food I paid for, but it always it at this one.

unskilled staff during night time ,they are unable to make order on time and also don’t know how to behave with their customers politely.
If you can’t complete your order on time then why you pick up an order, this is ridiculous, such a worst place.

This Taco Bell location has been so frustrating to order from that I have deleted my Taco Bell app (which I have over 40,000 points in) and will be making copycat recipes at home in the future. At least I’ll be saving a bunch of money.

Also they make everyone pull around and wait 20+ minutes for their drive thru orders. Either this location never has any ingredients ready, or they are lying to Taco Bell corporate about their drive thru times. Hopefully a regional manager swings by while they’re doing this to investigate if it’s incompetence or fraud.
