Ordered 2 rolled steak pablano quesadillas, 4 soft taco supremes and 2 cheesy gordita crunches. Apparently the steamer didn’t know how the difference between regular steak quesadillas and the new rolled ones so we were forced to have the regular ones. They weren’t cut at all. And were cheese quesadillas with 1 sliver of steak per quesadilla.Then none of the soft taco supremes had any sour cream. Went here cause Rockville rd Taco Bell always messes orders up, are there any Taco Bell’s on the west side that don’t suck?

What has happened to Taco Bell??? Where on Earth do they get their staff?? Went at 6:15pm on this Tues. the two women making the food were great and the food was great,,,, but customer service!!!??? We tried to use the kiosk, the a Cpl items we wanted were not on it. So we went to counter, and waited, and waited, and waited !!!!!!! Mean while, other customers are coming in and putting their orders on the kiosk, so all those orders going ahead of us. The girl working the drive thru looked over at us soooooooo many times, never saying a word and then turning and completely ignoring us, and others who by this time were also waiting in line I finally said, excuse me is there anyone here to help people at the counter?? She still ignored us, but the young lady working the food line pointed to her. Still,,, we waited!! Finally the older woman working food line addressed the girl at drive thru scolding her about not waiting on us! Still we wait ! We start to leave and the girl comes over, never apologizing or anything!!! Took ONE of our two to go orders, then left us standing AGAIN!!!!!! Went back to drive thru, helped three more of them, then took our second order, which we told her up front we had two orders. Then, she left the other people still waiting!!! Apparently they don’t care about customers anymore, as when arrived home and looked up this store, they have terrible reviews. We have lived here 35 yrs and that has always been a nice Taco Bell The past three times we have been there, this is the kind of service we have received
So I look up Taco Bell on Rockville road by Fresh thyme, and they’re reviews are just as bad Why do they not care about the people that pay their wages, I’m sure they don’t make the most money, but wouldn’t you think management would keep up on this
We will definitely be marking Taco Bell off our list, how sad

Took 15 minutes for someone to take my order through the drive thru. Once I ordered, the man at the window was extremely rude when I stated that he got my ordered incorrect. I get it’s fast food but damn.
