Used to be well run, with an open lobby, and a quick drive thru. Now it's a gamble. Never know if you can go in, sometimes driver thru is a robot. Despite being ordered correctly food still gets made incorrectly. Taco shells are stale, etc. Just go someplace else.

I’ve never waited in a line longer than this. Oh my gosh, I have honked my horn 7000 million times how long does it take to make three tacos in one quesadilla hurry it up oh my gosh, I want to get home and go to bed.

TYRONE! I need my ID back... 2 regular tacos and a chalupa do not equal the pain and suffering I've experienced as a result of your license for tacos promo.

See pics of big nasty lump of refried beans that I specifically said I did not want. They also made it with no beef. They mess the order up EVERY time at this location. I find it hard to believe this wasn't done on purpose because this was like EXTRA beans and from a dog food can.

This Taco Bell is in my top three for worst Taco Bells ever. The wait times can be terrible, and I usually never get my orders correct and the portioning is ridiculous. If you ask for extra Chicken on something like a Chipotle chicken flatbread melt or whatever, you will get a single serving every single time. Things that are supposed to go on items that I don't even modify, won't be there and you'll have to get it corrected. You will always need to check your food completely here before leaving. If you're wondering what the top three worst star, the number three worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, is the one in Flagstaff Arizona which is where you go when you want to go to the Grand canyon. That location had 10 different chances of doing right and they never did. The second worst Taco Bell location around the country, is this one. The number one worst Taco Bell in the entire country goes to the location in Grayling michigan.

I ordered a couple bean burritos here that were disgustingly salty and left me feeling very sick afterward. They tasted as if someone had poured 2 extra salt packets in each one. Never tasted food so vile from a taco bell before. Ruined the rest of my day.
Vegetarian options: Almost everything here can be switched to vegetarian.

This is one of two of my "go-to" taco bell in the city. I always use the app to order ahead for pickup in the drive thru to get the best deals and rewards. Very frequently Elizabeth is working the drive thru window and she ALWAYS makes sure there is sauce and napkins. I would rate their order accuracy as 95+% for the times I've been there and a very quick drive thru service. Another big plus is that the Baja Blast is always very flavorful/syrupy.

I wish the employee would have listened instead of assumed. The ai lady asked a question. I responded and the way she was talking was a little crazy for me to only just say no about an app! I don’t have an app!
