Mariah and April, top tier service with a smile, made awesome ice coffee and an amazing steak and egg Crunchwrap, for me, and for the first time at a Taco Bell in 20 years I can say, they were the most professional and pleasant in the business. Thank you girls, truly made my morning!

They kind of messed my order even after I asked to confirm it. I didn't find out until I got all the way home. They did replace it, though, so that's good.

UPDATED (1/18/2026): Dine in. 3 of 4 digital kiosks out of order/not working correctly. Thank you to the customers for letting me know that as there is no front counter worker anymore. Hopefully that location will fix them in a timely manner if that is the preferred method. Note, I saw you could order table side via the mobile app, and was shock to see a cost difference (mobile app was 50 cents to a dollar more on items compared to kiosk prices). Order came out warm, but they forgot my drink. So, I had to wait another 10 minutes for a line worker to complete the next inside order for them to give me a drink due to know front counter person being present. Staff was kind and courteous that I interacted with.

Slow drive times are not great for someone who is doordashing. There is very little employee-contact because they are completely relying on the AI order bot to take orders. The dining area is closed, it would be nice to see employees taking responsibility for taking orders and completing them a LOT quicker than this.

Walked in and asked if they could help with a special order. Steven(sp), stepped right up and helped me. The promptness and attention I received deserves notice. I had almost forgotten what good customer service felt like!

It is not a surprise that this taco bell is temporarily closed ..Nasty food Lazy rude staff. Hope if and when it reopen it's better
They tampered with my food. Dropped my potatoes on the ground and served them to me.
Used to be well run, with an open lobby, and a quick drive thru. Now it's a gamble. Never know if you can go in, sometimes driver thru is a robot. Despite being ordered correctly food still gets made incorrectly. Taco shells are stale, etc. Just go someplace else.
I’ve never waited in a line longer than this. Oh my gosh, I have honked my horn 7000 million times how long does it take to make three tacos in one quesadilla hurry it up oh my gosh, I want to get home and go to bed.
