Orders have always been accurate and timely. I had particularly great service today - the app offered a drink (sparkling tea) they didn't have available, and the lady at the window ran through a whole list of options so I could choose something else. Kindness goes a long way - I cant say thank you enough!

Completely unexpectable presentation and food quality. I unwrapped my steak quesadilla and it was poorly cut and barely at that. The steak and sauce was not evenly spread across the whole thing I had spots with nothing and then spots with way too much.

I’ve been coming here since I was little, but tonight i was greatly disappointed with a couple things. First, my salted caramel churros were missing from my online order, but got a $3 coupon in return after reporting it on the app so that’s fine.
But once I got home and started eating my food, I felt a bit off while chewing but ignored it considering it had been my first meal in a few hours. 20 mins later I was projectile vomiting it all back up.
I’ve dealt with food poisoning a few times before, and the way I felt tonight was no different and I knew immediately what was happening, so I’m afraid that something inside of my food tonight, was not safe to serve and has given me food poisoning.
It’s very upsetting that I am having an experience like this after years of coming here, but it has now been 5 hours sense eating and I am still throwing up and using the bathroom constantly.
Please make sure your store location is keeping things clean, and up to date.
And if you’re the current manager of this place, you’re doing a terrible just awful job, just look at your other recent reviews.

The most amazing Taco Bell I’ve ever been to Britney is the best boss ever. Britney literally is the best worker I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. She needs a raise ASAP. She is single-handedly running the store. She is genuinely an amazing person.

Was currently at the store and three employees are fighting with each other about orders and are taking a long time to get them out. Even threatening each other to walk out. Terrible service and worse customer service

I shouldn’t be surprised. I mean you shouldn’t have high expectations when the folks they hire are unable to count to 8. Or even wrap a item completely, and bring you a bag that looks like they had been tossing it back and forth. Yet they want $15 an hour. Not worth $5. Taco Bell needs to have remedial tutoring available, starting with this sorry excuse for a public restaurant. Heres a tip, if you cant have pride in what you do, don’t do it! Be thankful I live 30 minutes away, or this message would be attached to your lazy and useless selves.
