Was currently at the store and three employees are fighting with each other about orders and are taking a long time to get them out. Even threatening each other to walk out. Terrible service and worse customer service

I shouldn’t be surprised. I mean you shouldn’t have high expectations when the folks they hire are unable to count to 8. Or even wrap a item completely, and bring you a bag that looks like they had been tossing it back and forth. Yet they want $15 an hour. Not worth $5. Taco Bell needs to have remedial tutoring available, starting with this sorry excuse for a public restaurant. Heres a tip, if you cant have pride in what you do, don’t do it! Be thankful I live 30 minutes away, or this message would be attached to your lazy and useless selves.

I think I have left maybe one bad review on something in my entire life. This will be my second. I typically stop at taco bell once or twice a week on the way home around 2 am since nothing else is open. I’ve never had an Issue until tonight. I place my order through the new AI thing that can’t understand a single word you say and always puts something else on the order when it’s not what I said. I place my order then pull around to go the window. First thing that happened is one of the other customers in line was sitting between the two windows and not at either. He finally gets his food and I get to the window and the employee said “I had him back up from the window”. Never heard of that before but okay. I get my food and drink and as I’m pulling away I realize that my drink wasn’t even filled over halfway. I didn’t feel like dealing with the same bs I just had to deal with since it was already 2:30 in the morning. I get home and go to get the food out (10 piece nugget 2 spicy ranch and 2 cheesy rollups). The nuggets were hard as a rock and colder than the peak of Mt Everest. There was no spicy ranch so I ate two then stopped. I then go to get my cheesy rollups and AGAIN they are cold as hell and the cheese looked like it went from the bag to the tortilla and skipped the warming process. This was the one decent taco bell left on this side of town. (Don't even get me started on the newer one on Franklin rd and Southport rd in front of Kroger). The next closest one is completely out of the way on my drive home and I’m not about to go 10 minutes out of my way for some even shittier food/service. This is just flat out ridiculous. Fix your Taco Bell because it’s pretty embarrassing to start acting like KFC (we all know how bad they are).

Have been a customer here for the last year visiting once a week. Seems like the rudeness is up and service is down. Hire some new employees!

Whole line of cars...waiting waiting waiting....no one....pull to window....some sloppy, rude woman comes to the window...AT SEVEN 59 and says, we don't open till 8

I get your life sucks, hence working taco bell drive.....but it sucks because u suck as a human....grow up....act like an adult....amazing things will happen.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars. A simple order was made overly complicated and everything on the order was a wrong. Not one item was made correctly or missing entirely. Went back twice due to missing items and when we got home found the remaining items were also all made wrong. I'm not saying we got the wrong order the items were just a sloppy missing mess. Glad the new location is opening down the road I will no longer go to this location.

The guy was rude. And he was working on the casg register and went back and start cooking food . Didn't wash his hands or put on gloves. Just started wrapping raw food

The manager is very rude a liar I asked for a higher manager because she pretended like she couldn’t give me the information I needed. She said she was the higher manager and she don’t have no numbers. She don’t have nobody else I can call. The food is always wrong or cold you have to wait 20 min for 3 things they run out of meat and everything else but bean very often I would not recommend very poor quality

The food was average and the staff was polite, but they have a robot taking orders. I asked the staff if they'd gotten a raise, they said no. The food didn't get cheaper. Is this why the food prices are so high? So they can develop technology to replace workers? Taco Bell is on the list of I will never eat there again. You don't appreciate your staff and you don't respect your customers

Breakfast is cold when they are actually open on time. Other taco bells don't have this problem.

I saw an employee walking in, close to 7;10. I asked her when they open.

"7 if everyone is here on time"

They need new morning shift employees.

Since they open later than surrounding establishments, if I try for Taco Bell I won't have time to go anywhere else if they aren't open. And if I actually want breakfast but it's a crapshoot whether they will actually be open or not, it's not worth coming back. Just go somewhere else for breakfast. This place is great on any other shift.

Update: left my initial review 5 years ago. Nothing has changed. Show up at 7:20 a.m. with nobody answering the drive-thru. I pull up and ask when they open. Usually 7:00 a.m., but not today. My bad, should have learned by now.
