Do not order from this store unless you want the wrong burned to a crisp order. I placed a door dash order and when I got my food the order was wrong, very burned and cold. I got my money back but the quality of the food was unbelievably bad. 👎

I keep trying to give this Taco Bell a chance but I'll start driving the extra 10 mins to fisher's.. same guy every time like tonight 5/4/25 at 2:31 am .has the worst attitude ever and to hear him complaining over the mic ..next time mute it ..and still didn't get half my order and didn't even wanna complain this time because last time I did I got into a argument at the window ..if you don't like working there, if you don't like customer service..if you can't do your job find somewhere else to work to where you don't have to work with the public...and I've have done your job .I was a server for 10 years and would never act like that ...please fix this Taco Bell

Ordered on the app two different times within 10 min.
1st order customized both items and came out perfectly. (Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch Nacho Cheese Taco and Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco)
2nd order was 4 customized tacos, 1 burrito, 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos. All the items were made correctly.
Would probably not order the Nacho Fries at this location again, unless busy. They came out warm at best, no crunch and limp.

There is never ice in the soda fountain for dine in customers. This makes the drinks come out warm and flat.

When pulling up to the drive thru, they answered by saying they were closed at 3am. When you look up the location, It says they are open until 4 am. So clearly, they just didn't feel like taking orders. After reading so many other negative reviews, it seems like a blessing in disguise. If this isn't a franchise. Corporate needs to step in and do better.

I ordered a burrito supreme. It has been quite a while since I've ordered one. The price has increased and the size has decreased. I don't feel like I got my money's worth.
Go to any other Taco Bell! There's a reason this location has such bad reviews.
Went to this location and the guy at the window was rude. I was trying to get him to cancel my mobile order for something they were apparently out of. He ended up walking away with no response or resolution. Come to find out he was just sitting in the front talking to two coworkers.
Didn't offer to help in canceling my order, offering something as an alternative, etc. He had already accepted my order as well so I couldn't cancel it on my end.

Employees are rude. I’m pregnant & ordered 2 tacos & nacho fries. When I asked if they still have nacho fries i stock he huffed and said “yes we do” with an attitude. The man rushed me the food & when I asked for sauce I was told “I’m low & you have one item in the bag” excuse tf out of me. Not my problem! And I actually have more than one taco in the bag. Won’t be returning.

Don't go here.....ever. I really didn't think I could ever give a Taco Bell a 1 star review yet here I am. It's supposed to at least be a 3. But this? Yikes. The lettuce on my tacos WAS FROZEN. It was like chewing an ice cube with a taco. The chips on my Nachos Bel Grande were stale. The meat was non-existant. So, go to Arby's or McDonald's but do not go to Taco Bell! It's nasty.
