Hit the drive thru at 12:45 on a Wednesday. No wait and the food was hot and good. Half these reviews are from midnight obviously you're not gonna get royal service it's taco bell chill

Dinner tonight 9/2 at the Castleton Taco Bell. I got my food quick, staff were fairly friendly, and the food was quite fresh and 100% accurate.

Foods always good, the wait isn't usually terrible! Now I do usually go inside and it seems like the drive thru doesn't necessarily hold priority to the inside customers but does seem to slow down the inside orders considerably during a lunch rush simply due to the single food line setup of their kitchen. I would recommend it for sure but if being in and out is a must id recommend definitely hitting their drive thru!

They are putting out about one order every 5-10 minutes? Just slow and don’t know what they are doing.

Ordered $37 at the drive thru got home realized they forgot my 12 Cinnabons and 2 tacos without cheese. I have a son who is lactose intolerant so I drove back described to them what was missed and gave them my paper order print out. Came home again and they put 2 wrong tacos in again. By this time kid no food and everything else is cold. Everyone knows cold tacos bell is better in the trash. Called restaurant and they said would you like me to remake it at a later date. I realize it’s Taco Bell and they could care less but wow. Order #335. I shouldn’t know my order number.

Placed an order online got a texted that my order was ready when to pick it up and they didn't even start making it. I waited 40 mins for them to make it. I tried asking for a refund and instead of the manager coming to talk to me she yelling at the workers for them to tell me she can't refund me. So unprofessional I watched 6 people come in after me and got their food before they even started making mine. They didn't even apologize or anything just gave me some cold cinnamon twist like that was going to help anything and I was late getting back to work
And to make it worse this how the food look when I got it

I stopped by for a quick bite. I wasn’t even in the door when Donna was walking in and she greeted me as she opened the door and held it open for me. She had a good attitude and was friendly and welcoming.

I walked in and met Toni who was cleaning tables and mopping floors. She kept herself busy, but it didn’t stop her from taking time to greet me and welcome me to Taco 🌮 Bell.

I ordered online and Toni said she would check on my order. She gave me everything I asked for including napkins and silverware. I was impressed because most places make you grab your own napkins and sauces.

My order was as requested and if I want to get Taco Bell while I’m here for work I’ll make sure to return.

My order was supposed to be to me at 12:15AM here it is 12:30AM Mind you my dasher was at the windows for 10 minutes and seen no one in the store this is highly unacceptable as a team do better and for the GM to be on shift I would like to contact the DM or VP i also work in fast food something so simple shouldn't take long
