Honestly this place needs to be shut down. They never get your order right and last time I was in there I found a foot long hair in my chalupa. Went back to get it fixed and they said I planted it. Food is hit or miss on being thoroughly cooked. If you want hair in your food or you feel you must take the chance on getting food poisoning this is the place to go.

So i ordered on the app. I came through drive through. Got my food, drove home. Opened my food up & noticed, my order was wrong. I only noticed one mess up, but turns out there were 2. First, my crunchy taco was supposed to be substituted with “chicken” it wasn’t. So i went to store, told them the problem & they fixed it. Mind you, this is actually the 3rd time this week that this exact store has messed up my order, even my simple orders. So i explained that to the manager, & since i had to leave my house (while my food was getting cold) i politely asked for something “free”. But i asked “could i have a regular fry & cheese sauce for my compensation?” The manager (tall black guy) said “something free?, no.” So i said, “yall really can’t give me a fry & cheese after you guys have literally messed up 3 of my orders this week?! & not to mention my food is getting cold just sitting here going through this with you now.” & he still said “no.” So i said “ok, bet.” Walked out. Got home, noticed they didn’t make my crispy taco AT ALL. Instead they made me a completely didn’t taco or whatever. Just wasn’t what i paid for $34 for. 0/10 experience. I hate this store. Never again.

I got large fries among other things but they just give me a tiny cup (2oz) of the cheese dip so I asked for another, the guy at the counter wanted to give it to me but another guy on the back said: You need to ring it at the kiosk -if I get small fries, how many cups do I get? -One. So, this is large (to share), that's why I need another one, You only get one no matter the size He was so rude, I already paid for a large size, If I knew this I would've asked for 2 small. No wonder why this place is so empty on a Saturday night. And the fries weren't so good, I'm glad I didn't pay for the extra sauce.

I order chicken cantina bowl supposed to get a full bowl of chicken, rice, beans, tomatoes, avocado, lattice & purple cabbage. But funny thing was she gave me a bowl which was less than half & it was just lattice, rice & small portions of bean. This is how they serve this item. Please check it properly before serve the meal, if someone pay you full amount, your duty is to serve them full meal. So i went again to drive through & showed them what they did. Poor service.
You are getting this because the KFC side of your establishment is totally less than exceptaball. Makes us from Warren not wanting to business with you. Understand no business no work. Think about it!
