I came in at around 1 today. The lady was genuinely very nice, and efficient. I made a pick up order and she was so kind to wait to make my friends freeze until he walked in so it wouldn't melt. So nice!!
There is a cashier standing there but she refuses to take my order because for some reason I have to do it myself on a kiosk. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went through drive thru, the cashier told us we couldn't pick up an online order and make an order. Said that we had to "drive around the building to make another order". We had 1 car behind us, I would understand if there were 3 or 4 more additional cars so it just seems weird. The only other issue I had was that one of my street tacos was thrown in the bag without being wrapped. More than likely not stopping by at night, I trust they're day crew better.As a company you should be offering these folk a more prominent pay, actual benefits that can assist them and their families. If you paid your folks better, treated them better and such, maybe they would treat your customers better.

How in the world I was able to be the first one to the store for breakfast, and all my burritos were missing ingredients and were also hard,is beyond me...gotta say..Indianapolis has some pretty bad fastfood...I'm not having luck
There are signs everywhere to use the kiosk. The item that was supposed to be replaced wasn't replaced. Food was okay, not fantastic.

Workers do not pay attention to dashers, especially people of a different color. Blatantly favors other customers/dashers. Never updates about your order or gives confirmation.
