Very clean restroom, which as a rideshare driver in a hurry I absolutely love!! The food was amazing, and the service was awesome!!! It's definitely one of my favorite Taco Bells in Indy!!

if my life depended on this taco bell not missing any items in my order, i’d be dead. they ALWAYS forget something and i continue to come back so i guess it’s on me. also what the FAWK are these servings?? gave me 3 individual pieces of chicken for the tacos 😐 i’m gonna find all these workers individually one day and show them how to do their job.

“Open 24 hours” yet i pull up and all the kids who are working are sitting in their cars and not even inside the store! Ridiculous.

All of the workers scream and horse around in the back like they're still in high school. Because of this, they don't verbally take orders, and are very slow to make orders. This location badly needs an adult manager.

Don't go here or order delivery from here. Either things will be completely messed up from poor packaging and handling, or they just plain don't give you things you ordered and paid for. I've tried many times to have a better experience here because I love Taco Bell, but I will not be getting Taco Bell at this location for the foreseeable future.

It really depends on who you fall on!
Some of the staff is amazing but some others after 1am are just from another planet ! Spent 1 min at the order booth...nobody! Move to the window 2 more minutes...nobody, parked then went in only to be followed by the employee that was chatting in the parking lot near a car, I thought she was a customer or whatever initially, with second employee in the lobby at a table with his phone, I left on the spot !
So this is what a Mexican pizza is supposed to look like? Not to mention ice and frozen tomatoes on my tacos! Do I really need to say more? This is not including all the other dozens of orders that that I never reported or said anything about!

Who decided to put an AI bot at drive up for taking orders?!? Horrible! The order was wrong and the actual human was lost and had no idea what he was doing.
