Looks like somebody slammed it on the counter for some reason then I went through the drive-through and ordered it online so my time dealing with them was literally telling him my name and I had a mobile order and getting this meh food from you guys.

It took 15 mins to get me 1 taco and a drink. There was food all over the floor. No one greeted ANYONE that came in. Everyone was either standing around or just looking half dead. THE WHOLE ENTIRE STORE IS FILTHY, from the doors to the dining area. This store need a serious makeover including the employees

Tried to order at the drive through on 9/2/25 at 3:36pm and was told “we aren’t taking orders until 4pm” without any explanation, apologies, etc. so I gave my business to the Burger King next door who’s service was above and beyond. Won’t be returning as all of my other experiences at this location have been subpar but this was the worst

if my life depended on this taco bell not missing any items in my order, i’d be dead. they ALWAYS forget something and i continue to come back so i guess it’s on me. also what the FAWK are these servings?? gave me 3 individual pieces of chicken for the tacos 😐 i’m gonna find all these workers individually one day and show them how to do their job.

“Open 24 hours” yet i pull up and all the kids who are working are sitting in their cars and not even inside the store! Ridiculous.

All of the workers scream and horse around in the back like they're still in high school. Because of this, they don't verbally take orders, and are very slow to make orders. This location badly needs an adult manager.

Don't go here or order delivery from here. Either things will be completely messed up from poor packaging and handling, or they just plain don't give you things you ordered and paid for. I've tried many times to have a better experience here because I love Taco Bell, but I will not be getting Taco Bell at this location for the foreseeable future.
