This is the second time that I have received expired chips with my meal. They smell and taste way off. My husband got a meal a couple of weeks ago and got expired cinnamon twists that smelled and tasted off as well. Stop giving out expired food!!

Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The fountain Pepsi is unmatched 😂. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and honest with recommendations. Food is neatly packaged every time. Great vibes and great service — I’ll keep coming back.

It was Sunday afternoon, the wife and I drove up to diamond.The hour said 9a m to 4 p m dine in or carry out could not get in the stdrive around to the drive through. Went to place an order and I informed him they should place a sign on the door for drive through only I got a response back. We're closed, wasn't able to order and it was not 4 PM. It was only early afternoon. So clearly they did not want my business and I'm sorry.This review is for the Whitestown taco bell

This location never gives the right order. Multiple things are always missing and forget about ordering any taco supreme, you will pay extra to get a regular; every time. There is another one around the corner, go there.

Came here about 10 waited until 10:30! And still was missing a soft taco and Mexican pizza ! Received the food everything was COLD ! The chalupa SHELLS COLD ! Everything was cold this was a $37 order! The chalupa had more lettuce cheese and tomato’s then CHICKEN ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! NEVER AGAIN !
The staffer must really hate their job. This thing is absolutely destroyed, and my plastic container. Looks like somebody slammed it on the counter for some reason then I went through the drive-through and ordered it online so my time dealing with them was literally telling him my name and I had a mobile order and getting this meh food from you guys.

It took 15 mins to get me 1 taco and a drink. There was food all over the floor. No one greeted ANYONE that came in. Everyone was either standing around or just looking half dead. THE WHOLE ENTIRE STORE IS FILTHY, from the doors to the dining area. This store need a serious makeover including the employees

Tried to order at the drive through on 9/2/25 at 3:36pm and was told “we aren’t taking orders until 4pm” without any explanation, apologies, etc. so I gave my business to the Burger King next door who’s service was above and beyond. Won’t be returning as all of my other experiences at this location have been subpar but this was the worst
