I’ve been a patron of Taco Bell since I was a kid. I love the ever evolving menu and the prices are right for the food. This Taco Bell at Madison and Stop 11 has provided the best Taco Bell experience of the last year. The other locations that have dropped the ball include East Street and Thompson and Thompson by Kroger near BEECHGROVE. Food, speed of service, and the Baja Blast were way above expectations of a Taco Bell. 10/10 would dine again.

This one off of stop 11 and madison absolutely blows. They're always getting my order wrong, always out of whatever x ingredient is needed for my favorite items. Constantly having to go out of my way to a different one where I get way better quality items and service. Avoid this one at all costs, let this one shut down and have the building be consumed by the banks.

Whomever was in charge, I assume, came over the intercom stating they don't do the order I asked for, which is one they used to do, she gave some story about why they don't, which I know isn't true bc I worked for tacobell before, since they removed said item and still made it for others, but whatever, don't want to do it, cool, just say that, instead of catching a whole entire attitude with me for no reason, and then on top of that, my order tasted funny, even my significant other tasted it and said it was off. Not sure if they did something to the burrito i asked for the specialty on. But it definitely didn't even taste like it should have for what they chose to do... noted, will eat here again and rate accordingly again until this place closes...
This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to in Indiana. I’ve been here 4 times now at different times within the past few months. There’s always hair in my food. Hard and old chicken in my food. The shells are stale, and tastes like metal. There’s never anyone at the front and it takes them a long time to even take my order.

If I could give this location less that 1 star I would. It was pouring rain tonight and I attempted to enter into the restaurant. While doing so a worker was walking in and looked back at me and pulled the door shut.
I walked all the way to the door only to find it was locked.
The associate could have told me that the lobby was closed but instead she decided to be rude.
I’ll never visit this location again.
