I hate the fact that they make you use the kiosk to order your food a employee will walk from behind the counter and walk over to the kiosk to help you place your order on the kiosk instead of just ringing you up at the register

Everytime now going through drive thru it takes forever. I've been in the drive thru waiting 10 min and finally got to order. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Only 3 cars in the parking lot. Now waiting to get to the window another 5 min. I know people can be busy. Management needs to adjust.

Absolutely terrible service. Don't go inside to order food at this location. They only focus on drive Thru business at the expense of those who walk in. This has happened to me multiple times at this particular location on stop 12, and Madison Ave.

I ordered two Chicken Queso Burritos. There was no pico de gallo in them but there was big pieces of leafy greens in both, not sure what it was. I would like my money back!!

foods usually really good but went through today and the lady at DT was SO rude. i work in customer service so i get when someone has a bad day so i try to be pleasant in drive thrus but this lady was so rude. she was short with me the entire time i ordered and when i asked her if they marked one of my burritos with a alteration she said its the one in special paper then slammed the window in my face and walked away. like… wth? i literally pulled over just to leave this review and i HATE leaving negative reviews… do better babe

The best by far fresh,hot food!!! And the lady that has been there for years is an amazing employee!!! She goes above and beyond her job to give amazing customer service !!! She's having surgery for her gallbladder....prayers for her speedy recovery!!!
Taco Bell is an amazing American institution. Food is hot and fast, most of the time. Fast and spicy eats for cheap. When it’s 3am and I’m so drunk a tiny dog talks to, me Taco Bell is home. The most worst absolutely horrible experience ever in food industry. I am never coming again here, waited 45 mins for my steak tacos and they said it’ll be ready anytime minute never made and finally after 45 mins the lady comes out saying I should cancel. This happened on 21 August the cook is super rude and unprofessional. Hope Taco Corporate takes a looks before they run to ground
