This location ROCKS. The food is always piping hot. If you order a grilled item, you can bet your bubble it’s going to be crispy.

Why i gave this store a poor rating is not the food was negligence of staff fooling around had it door dashed and poor driver had to wait for 25 min to get the food terrible Management of store

Went to the drive through and waited but nobody inside was paying attention. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Disappointed they don't have the old taco salad anymore. Mexican Pizza, steak fajita, and burrito tasted as expected.

They have a new night manager that doesn't seem to care about her job very much. When you specifically ask for easty, I mean easy sauce on an item; nope they douse it with more sauce. Asked for cheese roll up add Pico and meat. When I opened it it only had cheese and pico with no meat. Also ordered fries, when we got them they were ice cold we asked for fresh ones and the manager said it would take half hour to cook them. She stated that the fryer was turned off, but fryer shouldn't be turned off 1 1/2 before closing.

One taco was so gross and messed up that we threw it away. The other two tacos lettuce and cheese were basically out of the taco. The nacho fries weren’t “nachoed” and very clearly had been sitting for awhile. They had a shitty attitude from the start. You could hear it through the drive thru speaker and they put that attitude into their tacos. The manager seems to be so overly done with life. As a food service worker myself, I very rarely complain but this was just so so lazy and stupid

I have to say this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever gone to (at least food wise, I haven’t been inside.) This location is the go-to for me and my husband after events in Indy. The food is phenomenal and our order is correct every single time.

People was very rude I went to three different ones one and one on Fry Road in Greenwood the manager there is very rude because I said why is there Spanish people working there so they can't speak English and then you don't have it nobody there to speak English so they know what you're talking about

This Taco Bell has shown me what an excellent business can show the public.

I’ve been visiting this Taco Bell for years now and it seems as of late that the employees simply don’t care. I ordered the new street chalupas and they send them out with no lime sauce or onions and cilantro. The last two visits now I have ordered food and had it made incomplete and not one employee came to ask if I wanted to substitute the missing ingredient if the store is out. This is flat out ridiculous
