I just had the worst experience ever June 3, 2025 between 7:15 am and 7:19 I pull in the drive through to place my order I wait a bit then the young woman answers on the intercom I proceeded to say I would like a breakfast crunch wrap meal and she ask for my drink I politely say you didn’t ask what kind of crunch wrap I want bacon, sausage, or steak I proceeded to say I want 1 steak and 1 sausage a man then jumps on the intercom and tells me get out my drive thru as rude as he can say it I say excuse me he says it again and say I’m refusing service I say for what I didn’t do anything he said because I said she didn’t ask what kind of crunch wrap I say really then he proceeds to keep saying get out of my drive thru repeatedly I never have felt so much rudeness thrown at me over stating someone didn’t ask what I want I will be following up with corporate because it was really rude and disrespectful

Best. Taco Bell. EVERRRR!!!! The food was all perfectly made, and hot delivered through Grub Hub. Expertly packed. And I even got a lovely note! They have some good workers at this location for sure. Give those people a bonus!
