I recently ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos, which took 15 minutes to prepare. While waiting, I noticed the lady at the window was engaged in a lengthy conversation with the customer ahead of me, which seemed to be delaying the service for others. When I finally received my food, I was disappointed to find that both burritos appeared to be mishandled, as if they had been dropped or thrown. Although I didn't mention it the first time, receiving the second burrito in the same condition was unacceptable. X-(

Every single item was wrong, none of my dorito tacos were supreme, the Gordita crunch had no spicy ranch as requested, were missing a drink, and the one drink we DID receive was all blast and no Baja, were missing all of our sauces, the soft taco we had was
