Deserves 0 stars. Waited 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) at the drive thru speaker, not in line, actively sitting at the speaker without a “hello” or “we’ll be with you as soon as we can”, nothing. I just gave up. If you’re busy and backed up I understand but zero courtesy or customer service to even acknowledge the wait is wild.

Ignored for minutes upon arrival inside. Bathroom had no toilet paper and took more than 5 minutes to get help getting some. Employees were rude and disinterested in helping. Horrible

Services are horrible. I’ve given them two opportunities, both times, I was in the drive thru for over 30 mins, and still had not ordered anything. They never answer the phone and I have no idea who the manager is. Food is never fresh.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. After waiting that long and with 2 cars in front of us that hadn’t ordered yet, we ordered DoorDash from our car. It took an hour to get our DoorDash and it wasn’t because of the driver because I kept checking the DoorDash app and our driver was sitting there for 45 minutes. I felt bad for the driver honestly. The employees that work there obviously couldn’t care less about their customers or other people that depend on them for their job. I’m sure there are others out there that would love to have a job. Let someone else have a chance that might actually care. That goes for management as well. No way they don’t read all these 1 stars.

I was in the drive-through for about 45 mins. The guy behind me was honking his horn. I think they had to make the fried chicken. It was during lunch hour. The parking lot access and space is truly terrible. The service is S-L-O-W and it's not the first time. They don't care and there were no apologies or updates about how long it would take. The food was just ok.

Kinda mid if we’re being honest. I don’t have the highest expectations of a Taco Bell but come on yall. Lobby tables were dirty and food made without love. Don’t worry Taco Bell, I’ll be back.
