I'm telling you what... the amount of money per order we spend at your location vs what is actually in our bag is becoming ridiculous. I hope you guys realize how much food you actually forget in customers bags and how much extra you're gaining from these customers like myself. Looks like I'll be calling corporate and complaining now. Get your act together kids. Start paying attention to what you're actually doing instead of staring at your phones all the time.

I ordered ahead from the app. After trying to get my preordered food, the drive-thru says I'd have to go through the line again, hoping my order comes through. It did not. Neither was it suggested how to get my money back. I uninstalledamd removed the app immediately afterward.

Absolutely the most consistently WORST fast food establishment I’ve ever been to and getting worse. At first I thought it was a one off day for the employees 2 years ago, tacos were literally 1/4 of the way filled with anything at all. A year later, same thing, then this continues. I hate leaving bad reviews but this time takes the cake: My husband got our kids tacos and they clearly REHEATED them. The cheese was completely melted in a hard taco and the beef was soaked through the shell which was like soggy bread. Hate this place. We drive 5 miles to find a better one but every now and then stop here. Never again. Do better!

Drive through atmosphere is average. Food is always tasty here if you like that sort of thing. Service - they forgot to give me the hot sauce I ordered or the napkins I didn't.

We live nearby and are frequent customers at this Taco Bell. What's prompting me to write is that we're tired of receiving food that looks nothing like the photos on the app's menu. For instance, our spicy potato soft taco tonight likely had 15% as much filling in it as is shown in the photo; it was literally a small enough portion to eat in one or two bites. Same with the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme this evening, as well as last time: all bread and hardly anything inside. I get that this is value food, but there's zero truth in advertising on the app as compared to what we actually most often receive at this Taco Bell. They've also left off items, then hung up on me when I tried to call to tell the manager. We're very disappointed in this Taco Bell location.

The only option to order was the kiosk. Then pay before order is prepared. I will not be back. Why do I have to use a kiosk then wait to pay.

I the food was good but there was a guy staying in the restaurant obviously trying to keep out of the cold, and he was loudly arguing and cussing and came to beg for money. I t didn’t make it a pleasant experience as we were talking care of our granddaughter.

I think it’s great that Taco Bell still hires disabled employees! They only hire people that do not know how to read! Seriously, how hard is it to do your job? And to not put sour cream on a burrito?

Usually pretty friendly staff, food quality leaves alot to desire, items are topped like the ingredients come out of employee paychecks, but other than that it's fine.

Just went through the drive-thru and had a great experience. The employee was incredible. Great service, great food, and he even threw in some extra Cinnatwists for free. One of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. I'll be back more often because of this!

Always forget items and staff never look happy to have a job. They paid more then any other generation before them and the service in Indianapolis is worse then ever plus they miss food every order. Pick another place to eat.

Absolutely terrible. This is what you will get if you go to the drive-thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and the box for the pizza was crushed so when you open it the pizza sticks to the top of the box. Both tacos were crushed and broken. Also, the tacos are supposed to be supreme. These clearly are not. Just look at the pictures. I had some other stuff as well for my son and his girlfriend but did not get to take pictures of that grossness.Here we are, a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Disgusting customer service.
