Ordered 2 meals & items on the side. Out of all the food they got one order right. We had to go to the counter 3 times. Christina went above & beyond & not only had our order remade but she also refunded it as well. She gets 5 ⭐ for her genuine kindness & outstanding customer service. Had she not made it right we would not return for a long time. Thank you very much for the excellent service and making a 1 ⭐ review a 5 ⭐ review.

The food was as good as you're going to get from taco bell except as some locations will do they didn't skimp on the serving amounts. Service was good. Atmosphere is in a new age and will never be the same

My fiance sat for 25 minutes inside the restaurant. Guy came out to him and was just gonna try handing our food to someone else. Tortilla shells are hard. Food was warm. Will not be returning to this location. Used to be the only Taco Bell we came to. Service has just gotten worse and worse with these people they're hiring

Got home the two box meals i got wasnt even in a box went there to get a replacement order because stuff was missing and basically got called a liar after arguing with them. just go to a different location or somewhere different in general

It’s Taco Bell drive thru…ppl were friendly and food was devoured by a hungry teenager with no words spoken of dismay.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo, along with a cheese quesadilla and 2 soft tacos for my kids. My chicken quesadilla was virtually ungrilled. And was not cut. Same with my son's cheese quesadilla. When I asked them to cut it they told me to use the handle of my plastic fork. The crew is more interested in hollering gossip than paying attention and actually doing a correct job. Total subpar location. I'll go to Thompson rd from now on.
