Used the taco bell mobile app and when it arrived it took an hour when it should have o ly taken 30mins but not only that im missing a burrito and the drink I ordered was wrong and two of the other burritos that I did order that arrived were burnt. And I tried to call them, but every time I do, they either let it go to voicemail, which you can't leave a message at, or they'll pick up the phone for 2 seconds And then hang up immediately without saying anything.

I just wanted to let whoever runs this Taco Bell that the person in the drive-through window is taking receipts and saving them for herself. By her screen, she had about three receipts underneath the monitor and I asked for my receipt so I could do the points and then she wanted to act dumb. I have no idea how you guys are training your employees or watching them but they need to be taught proper manners and how to pass receipts to the customers and not keep them!
