Peaceful spot with great food and prices

The food was great. I had both ramen and curry and I enjoyed both.

We really enjoyed our visit! The service was very friendly and helpful. The ramen, chicken and gyoza were delicious. My girls loved the boba tea, and the decor is adorable.
The music is a nice touch too.

My wife and I go here all the time. Since oishi downtown changed and do not serve ramen anymore this is our go to.

Big portions, friendly people! My boyfriend and I had lunch here and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious! I had the pork katsu with curry and he had the udon chicken curry katsu and both meals were 10/10. It was extremely comforting and flavorful. The type of food you fall asleep to after eating. Can’t wait to go back! :)

Wife and I visited on April 3rd to get lunch. Very calm and relaxed vibes, helpful owners, knowledgeable too. Definitely a great place to go for calm eating and drinking boba. Sit in, get served great tasting curry and other foods, and not be rushed or forced out. Really nice place honestly. Enjoyed the food, and even was asked if my boba drink was sweet enough or not. Clean bathrooms and clean area!

First time trying Takumi. It was ok, I had the Chicken Katsu with Udon noodles. Counter staff/Server was very nice. Will be back to try more things.

Me and my friend came in to try this location twice! First time we had the spicy Miso tonkostu and the shoya tonkostu ramen which were delicious (both with regular sodium) . Then the second time we ordered the spicy miso tonkostu less sodium and the curry udon katsu. Both were excellent and I preferred the lower sodium but the curry was so good and my favorite!!! 10/10 and I love the service!

I asked to try boba because I don’t like overcooked boba and the employee said they don’t do that. Boba ended up being horribly overcooked so mushy and chewy that’s not how boba should be texture.
I ordered 25% sugar and way too sweet. $6.7 for a small hot matcha with tapioca is not the more economical option for bad boba.

It makes no sense that a place can provide great service and product in person but completely botch delivery orders.

I ordered through UberEats and received a message from my driver that they were out of tapioca but they can replace it with whatever else I wanted. I order 3 drinks (2 fruity and one milk).

Instead of contacting me PRIOR to starting the drinks, they completed one of my fruity orders with tapioca and requested changes for the other. The toppings for milk drinks are limited unless you plan on adding fruity boba to a milk drink (ew no) so if they knew they didnt have enough tapioca, they should have added what they had to the milk drink and allowed subs for the others.

The only other option available was the brown sugar jelly which from memory, I couldn't remember if I liked. So I requested that they give that to me separately (like in another cup). They said, they couldn't do that. So I asked for a refund for the milk drink for which you could tell there was hesitation. I was advised that there was SOME tapioca in the drink, just not the extra that I asked for.

Because this was getting beyond annoying and I wasn't getting the help I felt I needed or appropriate solutions I said to just double up on the other toppings for the other drink that was supposed to have tapioca.

When my drink FINALLY arrives (after they have closed of course), I pick up the milk drink just to find that they gave me milk TEA instead of just milk. Completely wrong order! It tasted disgusting and bitter. I requested 125% sugar and I couldn't taste a thing.

Pretty drinks. Terrible service. Hopefully the other two drinks are worth my time. Shame on them.
